my friend was in the same position as you. She would run every other night about a mile, and eat VERY healthy. She would have a healthy grapfruit as a snack between each meal. She would eat small lunches at school cuz she knew that the school lunches did nothing to her figure, but ate a lot of healthy things at dinner. She lost about like 8 pounds in a few months. You HAVE TO KEEP UP, or u'll just loose it. She now runs every day..to keep herself active.
hope i helped! ]
just dont eat carbs no sugar or bread but eat w/e else and just be careful and keep an eye on how much you do eat in a day if you do eat carbs or some sugar and walk a few miles everyday and combine a few jog moments. ]
there is no "fast" efficiant way to loose that many pounds unless your planning on losing that kind of wieght in a unhealthy way. what i like to do is a stretching type yoga that stretches your lower body. another thing is leg-lifts. those for me are most efficient. good luck ]
Things like these take time, so you have to be willing to work at it.
The crunches you are doing aren't going to help you lose any fat tissue off of your stomache. All crunches and situps do are tighten your abs, effectively making them stronger, but not getting rid of any fat.
To get rid of fat you need cardio exercise. This means biking, running, or swimming, the last being the best for you. However, another great way is to jump rope. Grab a skipping rope and jump for 45 seconds, making sure you keep your posture straight, not slumped over. After your 45, take a minute break, and do it again. If this seems too easy, shorten the break time, but don't lengthen the amount of jumping, as you need the break to maintain posture.
If you keep this up with some biking or jogging, and eating correctly (ie: not gorging yourself, and keeping snacks to a minimal and healthy), you should be seeing that fat tissue dissolve over time.
I can't stress enough how much time this takes. This isn't something you're going to be able to do in a day, or a week, no matter how hard you excersize. Don't be discouraged though - stick at it, and you'll be seeing results.

you need to incorporate more cardio to burn the fat. dieting too. and keep doing the crunches, but try more to build muscle, which burns fat ]
