which one helps more to get rid of a belly fat? running on a treadmill or other exercises, such as working out the muscles?

ok the only thing that will get rid of belly fat is cardio.. like running,biking,dancing, whatever. doing crunches and stuff DOES NOT BURN FAT. people don't understand that. it tones muscles, so you would have to lose fat in order to even see abs. so try the tredmill and also do muscle exercises to get more results

both! you need cardio to burn fat, but building muscvle will burn more calories. the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. so try to combine them both into your routine. like weight training one day then cardio the next. however you prefer. and you dont have to work out every day. 3 times a week is enough

I like walking better. Plus, walking loses more calories then running. (: If you drink alot of water and everything, and walk, and maybe a few sit ups and such, you'd do super.

mixture. bc you need to do cardio (runnning) and afterrr do sit-ups and stuff. but if you dont want to do both running would probley be the better option
