Arthane answered Saturday June 9 2007, 2:44 am: Well although your problem seems imposible to answer, it's not. Here is my advice. I'm a 17 year old male and I live with 3 women, and they are all at different stages in life. One is 15 one is 19 and one is 40. I belive your going through, what I call, the squatty stage. Now don't write me off just yet. I know the title isn't that great, but let me explain. I've noticed that both of my sisters went through this stage a couple of times during puberty. First they squated out, then they grew a little taller, and became more womanly looking than before. Now, we are a white family, so I don't know if this just works for whites or blacks as well. (I;m not being racist at all). Also you might want to try walk/jogging when you get the chance. Eat more fruits instead of sweets. Example: Eat Rice Krispies with strawberries or bananas, instead of Fruity Pebbles. Eat more salads, and watch your salt intake. Thats pretty much all I know about teenage girls body adjustments and dieting. Oh and do situps, lots and lots of situps. There. That's pretty much all the advice that I think will help you. Remember, during puberty, so many things change about our bodies and mentality that it's kinda scary. But stick with it, your doing great. Well, hope this helps. :^) [ Arthane's advice column | Ask Arthane A Question ]
