letter of recommendation for a job... should I make one up?

for this job i applied to i need a letter of recommendation. i dont have anyone i can turn to to do this for me. i was thinking of just writing my own and signing it with a made up name. saying that it is my previous guidance counselor. will they check into that, and am i suppose to provide them with a way to contact this "guidance counselor"?

Im 13 and i have been dating this guy for 3 months now and he says that he wants to have sex. I told him that i do want to but i am just scared that it will hurt or i wont be any good. He said that he will never try to hurt me but it wll hurt for my first time. He said that he will wear a condom and not try to go too fast or hard. But condoms dont always work and so the thing that i want to know is that should i have sex with him? And what if the condom breaks i really do not need baby at 13 i already get picked on enough right now! I just dont want it to break and i feel like if i dont have sex with him he will leave me and i DO NOT want him to leave me!
What do you think I should do? I hope you can help me out as much as possible! thnx i appreciate it

Hi I am 13 and I am not emo, but i do write all over myself. I think that it is a good way to express myself, but my mom/dad says that it is not good to do that and it is a sickness! When I write on myself it is not out of depression or anger it is just to do it. But when my parents say that it is a sickness it makes me feel like i am not normal. I know that I am normal but some part of me says that im not.

Can't Stand "Friend"

I'm on the girl's Division I basketball team at a very highly esteemed school, athletically and academically. The girls on the team are really close and we're kind of close with some on the guy's team too (I'm trying harder to make more guy friends).
In the past year, there has been some drama/cattiness among the girls. There's one girl (Kerri) whom I'm sort of friends with, she's really close with a girl I used to be close with but turned out not being very nice either. I am 18 years old almost 19(female) and my ex-boyfriend is 20. We are both at the same college. My ex-boyfriend and I were dating for six months, and he recently broke up with me because he wanted to focus more on his fraternity. I've come to the conclusion that because of his reason, he obviously does not care enough about me. I know that he definitely still has feelings for me and still loves and cares about me. I have been talking to a guy for a couple of weeks now. Over the phone and while we text he is amazing. Fun to talk to and great personality but when we talk in person he is a completely different person? He's shy and just awkward? It's like he dosnt want to talk to me. This is really confusing me. The change is so drastic that I don't even want to talk to him in person. It's like talking to a wall!

What do bands think about fangirls, who wait after the show to meet them?

Like to get stuff signed and what not. Do they automatically assume they're slutbags (who are trying to sleep with them haha) who don't care about their music? Or are they flattered by it, and see the person in a good light? like high school age girls.. 16, 17.. that sort of thing
I don't want to give a bad impression, and I know they're just regular people, but it's hard to not get excited about possibly meeting one of your favorite bands. But when actually meeting them it's not like I'm screaming and w/e, I try to be chill and just soak up the experience. Are bands annoyed by fans, who wait after, by their tour bus, to meet them? or what? Like relatively mainstream indie bands, specifically. Bands like MGMT.

women only--period problem

alright i have a strange problem with my period. everytime my husband and i have sex my period starts. sometimes i let in run its course and it stops few days after. other times we will have sex during my period and it will also make it stop. its odd and im not sure what to think or do about it. normally i would have a period from around the 20th to the 2nd or 3rd but now its all the time. I have been feeling nauseated, cranky and tired. I have two children and have been pregnant 5 times. i have lost two children to miscarriage and a set of twins to a tubal pregnancy. so i know the symptoms of pregnancy. could there be a reason for any of these things or is my body just messed up. btw i have been checked for STDs and i am totally clean so t...

Okay I WILL see a doctor about this soon, (looking for a new oen!) but for right now I just want your opnions please.
So for the past few months I have felt very off. I have had a lot of clear vaginal discharge, (my doctor said not to worry about that if it was clear and didn't smell/burn) When I went to the doctor a month ago to get a pap done, it hurt extremely bad...Two doctors tried doing the pap smear and couldn't because I said it hurt too bad...I have had one other pap before done and I don't remember it hurting that bad.
The discharge now comes and goes but today when I went to the bathroom I bled. My period just ended a week ago and isn't supposed to start for a lil while. AND I'm on birth control.

12 year old deviant in the house

I'm staying with people like family at the moment and I have been having trouble living with the deviant 12 year old. She's been spoiled and is never really punished. She has been diagnosed with defiant disorder, adhd, and etc. She never takes her meds according to what she tells me. I often feel like I'm walknig on eggshells when I'm around her. To me, she exbits behavior similar to one with narcissism and antisocial disorder. She was adopted at 4mnths and her natural mother was into drugs and alcohal according to what I've heard and had given up several babies from different men. Hey so I'm a freshman in college. I play on my school's volleyball team- D3. I really love volleyball. Its a great sport and i've been playing since I was 6 years old. The past 5 years were horrible for me. I got on really good teams (in high school i was on varsity as a sophomore. played for one of the top clubs in the nation) but I rarely got any playing time. i was always the bench warmer. I slowly began to lose my self confidence in my playing..

Is It Okay to Have Work Crush?

I kind of have a crush on a guy, even though I'm in a relationship right now. I am very happy with my boyfriend and don't intend to leave him for this guy.
This isn't the only time that I've had a work crush before when I was dating someone. I tend to find a cute guy who seems awesome, the kind of guy that I'd go for if I was single.
I'm feeling kind of guilty though, because my boyfriend always tells me that I'm the most beautiful girl in the world. I love him because he is the most sweetest, caring guy that I've ever been with, and he treats me amazingly, among other reasons.
Is it okay to have a work crush if you're in a relationship with someone else?

So I dont't know what to do because I'm a junior in high school and I like this guy who is also a junior... but the problem is that he like's my sister. That's not the worst part, she's my TWIN sister. /: I started liking him this year during football season because I'm a varsity cheerleader and he's a varsity football player and we just got closer.
