Lately at night I've been having this weird problem. Like all of a sudden my chest hurts like in the middle and it gets harder to breath. It feels like I can't take a deep breath. Then I get this weird whistling noise in my nose when I exhale. Sometimes this happens for a little bit during the day too. It isn't really that bad but it's pretty annoying. At home I can usually try not to panic until it goes away because I feel more comfortable. The problem is Wednesday-Friday my grade is going to Washington DC. I'm not sure what I should do if I start feeling bad or begin to panic. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
ya i get those too. it could just be a plain old heart burn.. but mine are anxiety attacks.. nothing serious just a little worried.. have you been under any kind of stress or depression lately.. when this happens just sit up if your laying down or sit down if your standing up thake a couplde deep breaths inhale and exhale.. then maybe get a drink of milk or water it always helpes me try to make yourself happy. good luck

Ok, so I've really liked this guy for 3 years but I've never talked to him. *Everytime I have it's been like my friend (she has known him all her life) talking to him and me just kinda standing there. I am the same way.. It is called sleep apnea... all you need to do is go to your doctor and make sure there is nothing wrong with you.. tell him your problem and he will put you on medicine that will make you sleep I am on seroquel and it works great well good luck!!

When I tried putting the tampon in for the first time, I slid it in, and I tried to do what the instructions said to do, but the whole plastic part came out.

That happens because of our sensitive areas.... they are ingrown hairs... to tell you the truth... ive gone out with my boyfriend for a while now. and all weve done is kiss once. ive talked to him about it bc i know that he is the type of guy who gets nervous to do those things and is slow like that. i was the one who made the move in kissing him the first time also. anyways we got in this big fight last night about it. it got really bad and we almost broke up. but we made up. he told me that on monday (tomorrow) he was going to start doing those type of things (holding hands, kiss etc.). so i believed him and said okay. but then i started thinking that what if tomorrow he kisses me but then thinks oh i did something so everything is okay again. and then he will stop doing it. so to my question what do i do if things just stay the same after talking to him so many times? do i break up with him?
The first question you have to ask your self is "Do I like this guy"? If you do then you shouldn't worry about kissing or holding hands.. it's actaully not that big of a deal... The second question you have to ask yourself... "Am I pushing him to hard.. to where he feels uncomfortable?" You just need to give him time maybe he is afraid because he thinks you will just leave him.. and my output on this,You shound't leave him just becasue he is not ready to kiss or anything.. give him time and make the moves on him he will get used to it after a while.. hope I helped
