hey its X Lissa X ..Okay ive felt like crap all day. you know that feeling you get in your stomach when you havent ate anything all day or your really really hungry? well ive had it all day, even now and ive ate stuff too but it still wont go away and it HURTS! idk what could be wrong. does anyone know? and how cani stop it cuz i wont be able to sleep.. thanks a lot.

I've had this before. It could be 2 things. One, youre hungry. You said you ate but you probably didnt eat enough. When I get htis i eat my regular meals plus more. The more food you eat, the faster it will go away (but dont eat so much to fast that you get sick!). Another reason migth be cramps. I hate cramps and a good way to 'cure' them is to take medicine like midol and then just lounge all day or take verything slow. I hope i helped.

Hay.. i once when out with this guy Hayden.. we went out for 5 months...im only 13 years old.. yeah really young to have any thing SERIOUS* well.. one time we went swimming.. we went into the house... n he was touchin me n places i didnt want him to touch me.. rite b4 he left.. he fingered me.. n i didnt want this to happen.. im affraid he is going to tell everyone at school what happend.. cuz if this gets out, they mite think imma hoe.. n im not the kinda girl who wants to be n this situation.. also.. i broke up with Hayden because he was a sick perv... i found a much better boyfriend named Justin! He is so great! *not a perv* but he heard about this rumer... i didnt want to tell him what Hayden did to me cuz i didnt want him to think i wanted Hayden to do this to me or that im that kind of person.. should i tell Justin what happend? or should i keep it to myself... Also.. what should i do about Hayden? i told him the real reason i broke up with him is because i didnt like him any more... should i tell him the real reason or keep it to myself.. Hayden and me broke up July 7.... i need help! answer all my questions please!

Well what Hayden did to you is sexual harrasment and it's illegal. You should of said no or told someone about it. If any guy is touching you or making you feel uncomfortable you should tell him to stop and if he doesnt listen you have to tell someone. It was right of you to brake up with him but you should tell him why you actually broke up with him. He has a right to no and once he nos he might stop doing it to other people hes with. About Justin....you should explain it to him in a way that you are comfortable with and doesnt make you sound like you were asking for it. He should understand. And remember sexual harrasment iss illegal and no one should make you fell uncomfortable.

One of my closest friends is in love with a guy that has a girlfriend. Is there anything i could do to help her break her "trance" with this guy? He doesnt have any intent of wanting to be with my friend, but she still is head over heals for him. what should i do?

Talk to her about this. You dont want your friend gaga over a guy whos not interested or better yet TAKEN! Then take her out somewhere where a lot of people hang out and try to find her a different guy or try to get her over the other guy.
