I'm afraid to drive. I fully admit that. The thought of handling this huge car terrifies me. Plus things like parallel parking and backing up? Forget it.
I don't even have my permit yet but I'm working on that since I don't need to actually get behind the wheel for that. I'm not really afraid as a passenger. I do notice that I usually constantly hold on to something while in the car with someone and I tense up when a car even remotely looks like it has a chance of hitting us.

Anyway, I can't live my life not knowing how to drive. I don't wanna be THAT person or THAT friend that always needs to be picked up and driven around. I can't work without being able to drive also.
I live in a small town out in the country, there are no taxis or buses. I NEED to drive but my fear keeps stopping me every time I get even a little bit motivated. How can I overcome this?

Also don't suggest a driving school. I nor my parents definitely don't have the money for that and I'm uncomfortable with the thought of other people that aren't my parents trying to teach me.

I had the SAME problem for a long long time. Unfortunately for us, the best way to get over it is to drive more and more.

Start small!! Find a parking lot or a large open space and drive around aimlessly. Practice parking in a spot that doesn't have any cars around it then practice backing up.

Also, simply remember to breathe and that the more you drive the better you'll get :)

i'm 17/f and whenever i drink with someone, i kiss them. i don't know where this comes from, but it always happens. i was at my boyfriend's house drinking, and we made out but i thought nothing of it since we've been together for a while. then i was at my close friend's house and kissed her, which was pretty odd, but i just figured it was because we were close and i felt lonely. but then the other night a friend that i had recently started hanging out with came over and we got drunk and i kissed her. not only does this weird me out because its with whomever i'm with at the moment, but also because i'm not bisexual or lesbian. does anyone know where this behavior might come from, or is it just regular drunk behavior? thanks

This is DEFINITELY drunk behavior haha. :) Alcohol has a different effect on everyone, and for you, it may enhance sexual urges. Even if you aren't attracted to those people when you are sober, alcohol sees no beauty. Just because you kiss someone when your drunk, doesn't make you bi, trust me :) it's completely normal.

For those girls who go to the tanning bed, do you recommend any good face accelarators? (Lotion products that can make your face tan faster.) And if so, what's the normal price range on it? Thank you.

I get Soy Dark by Botanica. You can use it all over your body and it works really well. The best part about it is that it's soy(obviously) so if your skin is easily irritated, don't worry, it's very sensitive. I payed about 50 dollars for mine. but it lasts you a long time and gives you results. If you don't want to spend the money, most tanning salons have samples for around 8 dollars. :)

I'm going on a 7 hour car ride out of town this week, what can I do in the car? I plan on bringing my homework (which probably won't be much) some coloring books ha, and my

Rate passers on looks! Ask if you would snog, mary, or avoid them. Play truth or dare. Dares could be to shout out the window or prank call a number on your mobile. You could sing to songs but make up new lyrics to the tune. Play MASH.

hunny, i had the SAME EXACT PROBLEM last week lol. get him something fun and something sweet. like a CD and some candy or a shirt and a picture frame to put a picture of you and him in. or if you have a pic of you 2 together put it in a frame and give it to him. or give him a card saying you love him or your really glad you met him then also give him like a CD or something he might like. i hope those give you some ideas

My friend nd i want 2 help the people that were effected by tha hurricane. we want to make crafts or something so it will be easy for us (we are good at crafts) but something that the people would need. I was thinking maybe soap and a soap holder or a toothbrush and toothbrush holder that we could decorate the holders and stuff but that sounds kind of lame. Any crafty ideas? Thank u!

I made out with my boyfriend last night and my older brother walked in on us (we were in my room with the door locked but my bro just has to stick a penny in the door too twist it.. if you know how those work yeah)... He came in and got really really pissed and started yelling at my bf (which made him leave), My brother had me in tears, he acted like he was my parents he was yelling at me and everything... I mean all we were doing was making out just sitting there not even laying down or anything. Im 14 and hes 17 but he was sooooooo mean and he told my parents so now im grounded for a frigin MONTH!!! I was so pissed at my brother and he said he didnt want me too turn into a slut (wth all we did was makeout) So this morning he was in the living room and he told me my bf called and my bro told him he wasnt allowed to call my house anymore... WHY IS he taking this so out of proportion.. I started crying again so i told him i hated him and that i wished he would die and burn in hell... :( That got me grounded for even longer but i didnt mean it :( Ive tried apologizing and he wont listen too me. Does anybody know how i could apologize too him and handle this whole situation all together because if not i could lose my BF.. because hes not allowed over here and my parents say i cant see him :(.

you need to talk to your parents first. tell them that you love them TO DEATH but your growing up and you would never go any farther than making out until your WAY older. tell them that your sorry but they really need to give a little faith in you. dont say it like your mad though bc that would lead to BAD things. and then once they forgive you and that stuff go to your brother and say the same thing. tell him that you hate fighting with him and you didnt mean what you said, you just were really mad and didnt know how to say it the right way. i REALLY hope it helps. tell me how it works out : )!

ok well the pubic hair means that they start to hair in places they didnt before.

moody swings mean that at one second they could be really happy and the next they could be sad for no reason at all!

when girls get there period blood comes out of there vagina area. they will get cramps every now and then when they are on it and they get very moody. it comes about once a month.

and the last thing was that they start having more phisical feelings for guys and/or girls. so there body gets ready for them to have a baby. you know when your able to have a baby when you have started your period.

ok well school jsut started and there is this boy i liked during the summer right after i broke up wiht one of his friends had we went out but he broke up wiht me cause he said he couldn't do that to his friend (cause his friend still liked me).Well now that school has started the boy (david) is like flirting alot but then again he flirts wiht other girls too and he sits by me in class.He like really flirts wiht me alot but i dont kno if he likes me.Sry so long!
