AskAndy answered Friday February 16 2007, 10:30 pm: WATER. Drink a lot of it and eat a balanced diet, like doing what the food period tells you, which practically nobody does. Use hypoallergenic lotions and cosmetics and bathe before you go to bed, to get every product you used off your body. Take vitamins.
