good question. Drink alot of water( my science teacher said people who drink alot of waterhave clearer skin) and stick to natural and organic foods instead of greasy and oily things like french fries.

im so mad.. my parents wont let me go to sleepovers or even have my own sleepovers because they dont want me to get hurt, or get some other kids hurt and get sued or something. it sucks because like everyone else gets to have them and that sort of thing doesnt happen often. i know well.. it DOES happen but I'd rather take that chance and enjoy all the fun. my parents grew up in africa, where they only had sleepovers after traveling far from their homes. so my mom (mostly her) thinks that we cant really have them either with our friends, and we should sleep in our own beds. ugh. the same with going to the beach. alot of my friends get to go with their friends to the beach, new york city, etc but my parents like.. probably wouldnt let me bring a friend along. ughhh this sucks.. what are the odds of us getting hurt? its possible ya, but... well.. ya! its frusterating!!! show alot of responsibility. be persuasive by giving good reason and dont whine about it. And give some factual info about how its not dangerous to do sleepovers instead of a " but everyones doing it"!! kk,

When you go to the doctors and they take a urine sample do they typically check for drugs,or does that have to be done completely separate from this(as in by request)?
Also,what's the main reason for urine samples being taken in the first place? (link)

This guy I like told me he liked me the other day. This is there's this other girl he calls all the time, and talks to blah blah blah, but he won't admit it to me. He knows I dislike her, which makes me even more jealous that he talks to her. He always tells me they don't hang out or talk, but then people who hung out with them will confirm it for me.
I don't know what to do, confronting him doesn't seem to work. Should I act like I don't care? Or what should I do? I know I can't control him, we're not going out, but he did say he liked me..and he can't even be honest? (link)

omg i have the same problem!! He says he loves me the best, but hes always flirting with this girl i absolutely hate. If hes not THAT into u hes just a waste of ur time. Also, tell him it hurts you when he isnt being loyal and honest
