Hey ok i know this is very steryotypical but i am i emo girl and mah frinds say im a goth and i try to tell them goth and emo are totally differnt.... arent they... could u give me the differnt of the two or like a deffinition of each???? thanks!!

yeeaa theres a BIG differnce.
but i hate when people say "im emo"
no offence.
cause if you think about it..
it makes you sound like one of those preppy people who are trying to be cool and turn "emo"
nooww dont get all mad im just saying my opinion.

nooo dont do it.
i deeeffiinatly dont recomend it. AT ALL.
ive tryed before.
but then got it profesinally done and im glad i did.
so yea. get it proffesinally done mine only costed 40$s.
dont do it yourself!

ok well when i skate i use a tampon and a pad just in case. but you can do the two pad thing also that would work really good. i skateboard though so i dont know what kind of skating your doing but yea. try either one of those! have fun. :]

hey i just got a guitar for chirstmas. i want to learn how to play. does anybody know of any good books or tapes or cds or anything i can buy to use to get better on my own? i can already read music. thanks

ok well yea guitar isnt the same as any other music notes. i started playing guitar and i could already read notes too but as i got better i had to read tabs. tabs are totally dif from notes. but just go to your local music shop and ask them for a book for begginers..mine was "phase 1 how to play guitar" by ernie ball. also every intrument is differnt so the notes would be differnt too. so yea. but just go to any music shop and they should have books there. i know i didnt really help but i just thought id let you know that stuff. good luck!! :] and have fun!

Okay, I need your opinion. I'm writing a song and I need a title first according to my vocalist. Please pick your fave out of the choices below:
a) Hollywood Heartbreak
b) Generation Change (sounds 70's right?)
c) Beautiful Heartbreak
d) Broken change/ promise
(On d, change or promise? if you chose d.)

Any other suggestions on titles? Or anything else about songwriting in general? I'll rate high.

i like d. "broken change" but it really really depends on what the songs lyrics say. but idk what the lyrics say so its kinda hard to choose. if i knew what the lyrics were then id def. know which one to pick but since i dont id have to say i like broken change the most. :]

I'm 14/f and this is i think like the 5-6 time i've gotten my period and when i get i'm really happy ( well this time i am because i won't have to worry bout it round x-mas) so i'm happy bout that but now i just have this feeling to be hugged or held and that usually happens when i get my period? yea its pritty much normal. cause your hormones are more "active" around when you get your period so your body & hormones are telling your brain you want to be held etc. i know it sounds weird but its true! anyways dont worry about it its normal. :] hope that helped a bit!

I've just been wondering, how do you know if you're going to be left-handed or right handed when you're born? Is it that you just tend to use your left hand/right hand more than the other than you become left handed or right handed? Or does it have to do with muscles? And what about those people who are ambixterous?

its your parents choice really. or just the childs. if the kid feels more comfurtable holding it in the left then theyll write with the left same as right. or if the parent want them writting with a certain hand they can keep changing the hand the kid writes with so that he/she will write with the hand they want him to. ambidextrous is if the kid was writing with both hands at the same time while he was learning to write and just came accustom to both or when he/she was older decided to learn to write with both hands they practiced and practiced till they were good. so really its just what the child feels most comfurtable doing as a child.

heres an example. when i was younger id always try to use my left hand to write but my dad didnt want me to be a lefty so he made me use my right. (who knows why he didnt but whatever lol)and now my sister is 4 and when she started writing she tryed using her left hand but my dad made her use her write. so really i think its just whats comfurtable for the kid. sorry this is kinda long hah.

Hey peeps. I am thinking of becoming a goth. But I have some dilemmas.

1 my mom wont let me be what I wanna be. I know the consequences. I told me mom that I wanted to dye my hair black, and she freaked.
2 I cant get past the metaphores. To goths, gothic sayings may have a meaning but when I hear or see gothic sayings or quotes or whatever, all I see is stuff about blood, guts, and death.
3 Idont know any chain stores that has a lot of gotic clothing and silver jewelry with the gothic sighns.

Help.

well i dont know if you want to turn goth. goths are people who worship the devil and do sacrafices and things like that. you can wear all black and stuff but not be goth. people who dont really know what goth is classify people who wear all black goth, when theyre not. SOO. just wear all black if thats what you really want. and you can buy all the stuff your talking about at hottopic. which isnt a goth store even though people say it is. but anywho. i know im not really helping i just wanted to put my input on this. so, if thats not really who you are dont do it. but if its what you feel is right then go for it. good luck. and sorry i wasnt really helpin. :[

okay well like any normal person i wear deoderant =) but the thing is whenever i get to school i've started sweating immeadiately. i have NO CLUE why and its happened just recently. what should i do or whats wrong with me???

its not your deoderant. deoderant isnt supposed to make you stop sweating its just to keep the smell away. some people have over active sweat glands and you might have it. SO, go to the doctor and tell them about whats happening..if they think its savere they will do a presedure to make you stop sweating. if its not as saver they will perscribe you a special deoderant type thing to help the sweating stop. good luck! :]
