I got mine on sale at ToysRUs and I've seen them at Walmart too.

Um.. I think I saw one at Wal-Mart the other day...
but other than that..
you can try eBay, or Toys R Us, or Kids R Us, or EB Games (they have stuffed animals too), or Target, or even the Thrift store.. you'd have to wash it.. and it'd be fine - unless you were going to give it to someone. Then.. no.
