Okay, so i've known this guy for about three years now. He's two grades ahead of me. we dated over summer, and i didn't know i liked him so much until we began "talking" again this year. he got mad because i couldn't ALWAYS go to his house, and couldn't meet up with him 24/7.he said we had to stop "talking" because he flirts around. and hooks up with other girls to much, and he wouldn't want to hurt me. on the other hand, we still talked, as f riends. but still flirted. then he stopped texting me one day and i wondered why...... a few weeks later i bumped into his at the local mall,and he said hey, and i responded saying hey back. well, i was really getting over this ignoring me thing, and i was wondering the whole time why though...... well today i was on myspace.com and i went to his myspace profile to see what's new. turns out he has thing new GORGEOUS cheerleader girlfriend. and, i was just getting over him. and now i feel like crap again. what should i do to get over him, and stoip thinking about him?
well the only way you can get over a guy is time. not saying that it will not be hard cause i dated this girl for 2 years and she dumpted me and wow i could not eat or sleep and well it took about 5 months to get over her and now i dont think about her and i have a new girlfriend and really love her it takes time thats all i can say just keep yourself busy and go out with friends meet new guys.

Ok, so I live near St. Louis and I went up to Milwaukee over the weekend and I met this girl at a wedding reception. We both were staying at my aunt's house. We were up all night and we made out and slept in the same bed (no sex.) Now we both came to the conclusion that we would go out if we lived closer to each other, but we don't, so what should I do so she doesn't stop liking me, because I can't seem to stop thinking about her (and it's really starting to take its toll on work and school...) We talk everyday on the phone, but what else can I do?
Well I have been in this situation before my ex ex lived in Michigan and I lived in Ohio and we dated awhile and then it started to get really hard it’s not easy to keep a long distance relationship and live apart. It’s not fun even though we talked on the phone everyday it just got to much for any of us to handle. We loved each other so much. What I suggest you to do is get to know her like really know her and if you still can’t stop thinking about her go and move over there. But take it easy get to know her really really well cause if you move over there you might find out in a week that she is not that right person for you. Not saying that it will happen but yea get to know her that's all I can really say. Hope I helped.

Well ok there is two things he could like you or he could not the Boy might be the shy type or maybe he does not like you and is really ignoring you but if you really do like the boy then walk up to him and say the usual say hey how are you doing then he will say like fine and then start a conversation with him if he does not really talk that much and looks like he is afraid then you can assume that he is the shy type and maybe likes you or not but if he says something just keep on going and ask him maybe we should hang out sometime if he says sure you pretty much knows he likes you. Well the reason that you are answering no to everyone that asks you out is maybe you are not ready. Maybe you would rather just be friends with them I know what it is like I have more "girl friends" then I do guy friends. Its just easier to talk to them. I have been married for 8 years. My husband and I have grown distant over the past 2 years. I started sleeping with someone which I don't believe in, and still can't believe I did it. Well think of what you are doing and you need to follow your heart. I believe in god too and he talks about divorce in the old testament God thinks divorce is wrong but God knows that the world is not perfect and that everyone makes mistakes. So if you do divorce your husband first you need to think about what you are doing really I believe it says that you can divorce your spouse if he either dies or if he like commits adultery. I'm 22, F. I've been going out with this guy for almost a month now, but we actually used to have class together for a semester. We get along well, but it's the first time that I feel like this with a guy...as though I can actually imagine something meaningful happening between us. When I'm around him I feel comfortable, but sometimes I feel a little tense, because I'm not used to being with a guy (it has been a while). We always want to hang out together but i feel like he has more experience than me.. I don't really know what to ask specifically, but I am a little aprehensive about taking things far with him. Well its good that your are taking it slow> You dont want to jump right in thats how a lot of people reject you. So right now I would keep it cool take it slow and when you feel right and the time is right just bring it. Bit make sure you feel secure about it. You dont want to freak the guy out either. Its a good sign that you feel comfortable around him. The thing about feeling tense with someone is completely normal it will go away after awhile. But get to know him more ask him if we can hang out or something and when you feel that the time is right let him know how you really feel about him. Hope this helps!!

Well how sometimes they do it is that they stare at you then when you look at them they turn there head really fast. But thats a way to tell if there interested in someone but I have never heard that you can tell that someone loves you. Ok well this alittle long but I just want to write everything down so hopefully I would feel better. Ok so i'm a feshman now in highschool. When I meet my ex I was in the 6th grade. Well I would just move on and forget about him cause as your friend said that he is basically a playa so I would just get over him I would ignore all text messages from him and tell him to stop cause we are just friends. Alright I know we all hate these questions but im finally in a position to ask for help.....

I am 16/f, just to get that out of my way.
Let me just start off by saying, I have been in and out of maybe 6 relationships ever since 9th grade, I am now in 10th, and those have never lasted longer than 2 weeks. Various reasons to be broadly stated.
So I've been off dating field for about 6 months when I meet this great guy and things went good so now we are going out and I am surprise to say that we have been going out for about 3 weeks...(ha yes, 3 weeks isn't long time but it is to me compared to other relationships) and just couple days ago my bf told me, "i know this is a day late(referring to valentines day), but I love you"
and i was COMPLETELY shocked by this. My head is going out of control thinking, how could you love me? how can someone LOVE someone when they known each other for less than a month and have been going out for little over 2 weeks?
I mean i didnt tell him, I just told him that I am really not ready to say I love him, but i really do like him a lot. Which I am glad that he understood perfectly well and wasn't upset in any way.
So I don't regret anything on that, but What my real question is, Is it possible for someone to love someone in that short amount of time?
I mean, I am not doubting his affection for me and his respect for me nor am I really going to ask him but on the back of my mind, I can't help but to wonder, is he really saying that because he mean it?
I mean i did ask if he meant it and he looked at me straight in the eye with serious face...
and also, how do I know if i LOVE him? obviously I have never loved somebody... Yeah i know I am suppose to just "know" if its love but still...

So, I realize "love" between two people can make happiness for them and some degree of comfort. I haven't had a steady boyfriend for basically two years, so I don't understand what's so attractive about the whole thing.
Sometimes I will be sitting on the couch and I will see some show about people being in love and my chest will completely tighten and I will wish that it was me. But really, when I think about it I don't understand what is so fantastic.
