Well how sometimes they do it is that they stare at you then when you look at them they turn there head really fast. But thats a way to tell if there interested in someone but I have never heard that you can tell that someone loves you. I mean my gf loves me and she does not look at me anyway different I mean we flirt a lot and the usual stuff but I have never heard that. So I hope this helped in anyway.

You can tell or atleast I think!
If they are constantly staring at you with a certin look on there face then you know something is there!
If you aren't sure he has a certin look and you dont want to make it look like you are staring at him then look when he least expects it!

There is a difference between being in love and loving somebody. Being in love is so much more than loving somebody. I once heard a quote and it went along the lines about "If you love somebody you will know, but if youre in love with somebody everyone else around you will know" and that simply means that when somebody is in love they sparkle and glow and you can just tell.
