my legs, hands, and face have a very uneven skin tone and are very splotchy (especially my legs) it looks horrible when i wear shorts or capris, i want to have a good tan and even skin tone by summer, so what can i do to even it out? i already put moisterizing cream on my legs almost every day. Anything else?
(specific brands please not just the name of it like "Dove" because theres like a billion things)

bio oil, is an oil that you rub onto your skin. It helps scars, stretch marks, uneven skin tone, and other skin imperfections. Its quite pricey at £10 ($20) for a little bottle, but its that pricey because its quality stuff

I recently bought a Sony NWZ-A816 mp3 player. Does anyone know whow to add pictures and videos to the player? I can't figure it out. If it helps I have Windows media player on my computer. (link)

if tis an mp3 player, you wont be able to watch video's on it. if however, you just want to store them there, then just drag and drop/ copy nd paste. Otherwise, refer to the manual?..if its an mp3 player that plays video's..is it not an mp4 player?

She dosent! She has people personally make them for her on the show. She does have some outfits out under her brand but most of them are just Hannah Montana and for little girls. Sorry about that.

i like this guy, and we exchanged numbers and he texted me first that night.
anyways, i don't know if he likes me, sometimes it seems like he does but other times it seems like he likes someone else.
i don't know how i can tell, what are some sure ways that i would be able to tell he likes me.
like sometimes i catch him looking at me in class, and if i catch him he usually looks away and smiles.

If a boy keeps looking at you and then looks away, he could like you.
If he compliments you on something (like you having nice hair, etc.), he may be interested.
If he calls you for help on homework or something, he could be flirting or he may just really need help with homework.
Ask if he would go out on a date with you, and if he says yes, he probably likes you too, so you should just say you would like to go out with him too.
If he makes fun of you (poking, etc.) he may like you, or just likes making fun of people.
Look to see if he acts different around you than other people. That usually means that he likes you.
If he makes jokes around you find out if he does that to others, if he doesn't, you know he likes you
He stares at you and holds his gaze like forever, he likes you.
Smiles and looks away or waits if you smile back
Dont play hard to get because the guy you really like will just give up on you and move on then find some other girl, then you would have never known what could have been.
If he flirts with other girls around you, and only you, he likes you but it also shows that you are playing hard to get so he is trying to drag you into liking him more. Do not change who you are. If he likes you for who you might be, then he's not for you. If he likes you for you and you change, he might not like you anymore. If he looks and keeps on smiling, walk up to him kiss him, and he might like you more, because he will know that you are brave to do it in a crowd of people, but only kiss him if he leans in to kiss you too. Guys can be confusing don't take the signs the wrong way and if you do, tell him that you thought he did like you.
This may or may not work out in your benefit.
If the guys keeps making fun of you, tell a teacher/adult.
These tips may be too vague and could go either way.

Most people problay forgot about it. If people do start bothering you about it tell them that it wasnt you, that you just had too much too drink and are really sorry for what you did. Its as simple as that.
