No, fingering does no delay your period.
the only way you can get pregnant is by sperm, even if he did have sperm on his finger you still could not get pregnant, once sperm touches air its automatically dead.

well i can tell you like this, i have never heard it can delay your periods, and sperm itserted into your virgina is really the only way you can get pregnant so if you stick a regular finger in your virgina you can get pregnant but make sure its clean bc simple as dirt or something could be on the finger and it will burn later, and last but not least hope i helped
p.s. i dont no what you meant about stuff on his finger but if you meant he may have snuck some sperm on his finger i think you need to talk to him and ask him does he want kids now because to be honest you want them later and if he would really do that i would put a fingering delay for him (meaning dont let him do it again for a while)

If he had sperm on his fingers then of course you can in a freak chance get pregnant, because they can live for up to 3 days, but only preserved habitat conditions.
