my legs, hands, and face have a very uneven skin tone and are very splotchy (especially my legs) it looks horrible when i wear shorts or capris, i want to have a good tan and even skin tone by summer, so what can i do to even it out? i already put moisterizing cream on my legs almost every day. Anything else?
(specific brands please not just the name of it like "Dove" because theres like a billion things)

It will even you out, I have seen it work for many people. But you have to put it on every day maybe even twice a day. You can get it at an African Store or an all natural store should sell it too.
