well .. i'm doing my x-mas shopping and i want to get a friend of mine a really really REALLY good gift .. something kind of like a scrapbook .. but i don't have very many good ideas .. anyone have any suggestions?

i think that's a good idea. what you can do is buy a cheap scrapbook, ya know nice looking but cheap & buy funky scizzors. they're really neat so when you cut stuff out it has a cool shape to it. make sure you get all the pictures you want to use before you buy anything. then what you can do is buy construction paper er something to put behind the pictures for more color. maybe neat little cut out shapes & then on the front you can put designs & stuff er shapes. you could get different color sharpees & write cute quotes er inside jokes er something.

I want to ask my crush to winter formal creatively. (girls ask guys for this dance)
I have different ideas. Please rate one through ten each idea on how cheesy it is [1 being not at all cheesy, 10 being wow that's cheesy!] And also give me feedback about each idea.

#1: The Guitar Pic Idea. I type "Will you go to winter formal with me?" in small font and print it out and cut it out and glue it onto one side of a guitar pic and put clear nail polish over it so it doesn't look tacky. Then I'd give it to him. (He likes to play guitar.)

#2: Fortune Teller Idea. This is probably most flirtatous. I playfully tell him I've learned palm reading. Ask for his hand and as I move my finger over different lines on his palms, I jokingly make up different predictions like "You will be a famous rockstar." Then I say "Let's see what's in your near future." Then as I look at his palm, I say "I see you going to winter formal with me." And then sincerly look at him and ask, "Would you like to go to winter formal with me?"

#3: Icing On The Cookie Idea. I bake cookies and on one write in icing "Would you like to go to winter formal with me?" (One problem: I've never baked cookies in my life before)

Ive been going with this guy. Its been on and off every week or so. And a little later we always go out again. I always end up crying. Hes so overprotected i hate it. He controls me. But hes so sweet. I love him so much. We recently had an arguement about 'flirting'. We broke up. I ended up crying again. If i were giving myself advice i would say get over him, i admit it. But i cant. I try, but everytime he asks for a second chance i say yes. I cant get enough of him. Love is hell. I dont know what to do anymore. What do i do?? Im crying and miserable. did you try talking to him about it?? yes you need to get over him but there's other things you can do to try & fix it. talk to him about it. explain how you feel & you don't want to be hurt anymore & maybe he'll try to help. you guys shouldn't keep breaking up over stupid things such as arguments. a true serious relationship works through all of that & stick together. if he doesn't seem interested you can't do anything. really you can't. i think what you should do is take your mind off it. you shouldn't talk to him all the time if you guys aren't dating. yes you can be friends but go out with your friends. talk to new people. you have to try something. if you guys are meant for one another you'll date again.

Well I lost 2 of my best friends n i have been really like depressed since not like cutting myself depressed but just depressed and theres a lotta stuff goin on too some of my closest friends dont undastand dat cuz nothing really happens to them so my friends said i have changed and i lost them too how do i get back to normal and get my friends back?

i think that if you explain everything to your friends they'll understand. if there's some things you can't tell them, then thats okay but tell them why. i mean, if they are truly good friends they'll listen to you & try to sort things out with you. if you change that's fine & they juss have to accept it. you can fix it, & they should be able to help you.

Okay so me and my sister both want our belly bottons done. My mom says we need to be 18. Liek alot of my friends are getting theirs done. How could I convece my mom to let me get it done. belly button really isn't that bad. it's not like major face piercings so i think that you should explain that to her. maybe she can talk to your friend's moms about it since some of them got it done. maybe try showing her that you are responsible & you deserve getting it done. if she really doesn't want you to then you might juss have to wait until age 18.

no one really knows an exact way i don't think. you're only 13 though, so you have a bit to grow yet. if you want you can go to your doctor & he/she can give you like a height you'll probably grow to. plus those pills & what not never work & i heard they aren't safe. see, i'm 5'9 but i was tall since i was a kid, right now i'm 15 btw. i hit puberty at like age 11 & i grew after that soo the whole 'don't grow after puberty' isn't always true.

alrite. so me and one of my ex's broke up the past may well he is like the love of my life. i love him so much. well my parents hate him and we are still friends and everything and now people are like oh yall should get bcak together ya know but my parents hate him and so i can't see that happening. we didn't break up for a bad reason. there was actually no real reason but he some how knows when i get a new bf because he doesn't want me with anybody bc he doesn't want me to fall in love with anyone else. its crazy like i have no clue what to do. so hmm what should i do..i don't really even know what im asking im just confused.

also the other day he stopped by and i gave him this huge hug and he kept kissing my head and then i just looked up and kissed him. i missed it so much that i just like had to. well it just brought back soo many memories and i miss them so much. do you think it was wrong that i kissed him?

no, i mean you both love each other anyway. persude your parents that he's a good guy & tell him how much you care about him & how much he cares about you. you should only bring this up to your parents after you talk to him about it. make sure you both really wanna get together & if you truly love one another er not. if you do, then maybe have him talk to them too. that way your parents can get an idea what's going on. try sticking with it if you love him though, because your parents can't always tell you what to do, so once you move out i guess it's all up to you.

okay im actually a skinny person but my stomach is just round in the front i've been doing 20 sit ups and going to do that all this week and then next week raise it up by 10 and so on every week. will this help give me a nice sized stomach?

yes it should. to get a better stomach, do it in reps. like do the first 5 really slow, the next 5 increase the pace juss a tiny bit, not fast, & then go back & forth between that.

I have exams coming up .. i have C's in biology and geometry, and im sooooo nervous. Like in both subjects i study wicked hard, understand everything, but then when i take the test, i do bad. It's hard to relax cus i needa bring both these grades up to at least a B-. Theres sooo much pressure, how can i just learn to relax and chill out?

you juss need to get studying done & if you know all the material you should be relaxed about it. ask your teachers for help. if you know the material then there's no reason for you to be too stressed er nervous. if you don't know it, try getting as much help as you can. inbetween studying do things you like doing. watch tv, listen to music, play games, sports etc.

i highly doubt it. you'll probably juss get hot er sweat extra, but sweating also helps you burn calories. if you're worried about it then juss wear a tshirt er something.

So i'm in highschool right now. And a freshman. I'm here with..i guess you can say..my best friend(K). So we met new people and stuff and all that. "K" met this one girl who i thought was really nice and cool(B). *K* gave me "B"'s screen name. So i decided to talk to her a little bit.

I have this thing on my phone where if i'm not online, they can still IM me. So "B" IM's me and shes all like "Hey" and i'm like "who is this" and shes like "its B" and im like ohh hey wuts up?! and then she just started being rude! I was just simply talking to her and all of a sudden shes like "who is this?" and i didn't respond because i was on my cell phone. So then she kept on sending me messages and shes like "WHO IS THIS!" "HELLO..I ASKED YOU A QUESTION..YOU KNOW WHAT..NEVER MIND!" and i was like "It's A.." and she's like "I SAID NEVER MIND!" . And i was like..um okay. And then she said "i have to go". and i didn't respond(i was still on the phone). and then shes like HELLO! and i was like..i thought you had to go..and shes like oh fine be that way. bye! and i didn't say anything. At first i thought it was her little sister. But i still don't know.

So then i called my best friend and shes like "ohh..why would she do that?" and i was like "i don't know its not like i did anything to her..you better talk to her 2morrow" and so we hung up. BUT MY BEST FRIEND DIDN'T TALK TO HER THE DAY AFTER.(They have 1st period p.e). And my best friend and "B" act like it didn't happen!

So three days ago, we went to some stupid thing for extra credit. At first, it was me and my best friend. Then. As soon as i was getting in the car,i notice "B" in the back! I was like"heyyyy..".. and at first i was trying to be all like nothing happened.. but then it got to me. i was sitting then next to the right side of me was "B" and then next to "B" was my best friend. I was all making jokes and stuff. Then i just decided to watch the thing. Then my best friend started making all these jokes and making "B" laugh. I was just sitting there being ignored by both. And when my best friend said something funny, and i didn't hear it, she would ask "B" to tell me and then "B" was just like..i'll tell her later. And i was like..wtf..in my mind. Trust me, i got sooo fuckin bored while i was watching the thing and you just kept on hearing these 2 girls next to me laughing and shit. It's not like my best friend made an effort into talking to me that night and plus..she didn't tell me "B" was comming. I mean, i know i shouldn't be mad because of that, but she just keeps on acting like im okay with the girl. When im really not.

So anyways, yesterday, my best friend's parents were leaving to go to some casino thing. And shes like "I don't want to stay here all alone..im scared!!" and i was like "ohhhh that sucks". and shes like "I tried to call "B" and everyone else..but they were all busy." And i thought she was going to invite me, BUT SHE DIDN'T! She was just like " i don't want to invite anyone else.!" ..i was like..umm..hello!?!

Oh my god this is like fucking eating me apart. What should i do? It's so stupid. I know i should get over it, but i can't! Please tell me what to do!

your friend seems a little too concerned with this new "B" girl. idk i think she's trying to make a best friend out've her. its not like replacing you but she wants to be good friends with B too. it seems ridiculous to me, because you can have more than juss one friend. trust me, this all comes along with freshman drama. i'm a sophmore this year, soo last year i was a freshman & there was 10x more drama than this year. i guess drama doesn't stop..ever haha =) idk i think its a girl thing. talk to your friend about it. explain to her that you don't really like B, but only tell her that if you dont care if she tells B cus she probably will. it seems like your friend is juss trying to make you jealous, since they were laughing & what not & she didn't even invite you to that thing but brought it up. i think you should give them time by themselves & start hanging out with new people. i mean yeah, you did start school with your best friend, but that doesn't mean you'll stay best friends because that's not always the case, but sometimes it is. juss become friends with newer people & maybe your friend will see that she does wanna be nicer to you again. try not to think about it too much. things should work out fine.
