I'm a guy. Will running or doing other cardiovasuclar exercises be bad if you did it while wearing cold gear under armor inside a building? Thanks - will rate.

But no, aside from perhaps getting tired and hot faster, it shouldn't be bad. Just make sure to drink plenty of water, and not overexert yourself. xomegaroni answered Sunday December 11 2005, 7:00 pm: i highly doubt it. you'll probably juss get hot er sweat extra, but sweating also helps you burn calories. if you're worried about it then juss wear a tshirt er something.
