Well one thing i try to do with big exams is forget about the pressure and what your risking. i know its really hard but try to think about it as just a quiz or something. I have(over the years) BEEN TRYING TO SET UP A STUDYING (oops sorry about CAPS ) system for myself and what works for me is writing down my own study sheet with what i think is most important and what that teacher will put on the exam. then, like 2/3 nights before the exam, study just from the sheet(and study in the morning too) well thats what has helped me with big exams, soo BEST OF LUCK!! xo

oh yea p.s

sorry i just reread the question and i guess i didnt answer really direct but i just thought of something, try to work the material into your daily routine. Example- if you were in like nursery school and were learning 2 plus 2 maybe you would take four m&m s and count. and make sure to sleep well the night before and eat a good breakfast with vitamins!

sorry if i didnt help but thats what works for me and hopefully you too!

Study in advance. An hour or two before your test, watch some TV, play a video game, or do something that will take your mind off the test. Relax yourself so you don't have pre-test anxiety (panic). Stop focusing on what "might" happen - it hasn't happened yet! Pay attention to the test, not the mark that hasn't come.

Okay, study every day for 15-30 minutes. Then on the day before the test, dont study. If you do, you will be cramming to much into that brain, and you wont stay very relaxed. Just be prepared, and you'll do fine!

You just need to practice better test taking skills. First don't try to cram in more information 2 minutes before the test is passed out. If you don't know the material chances are it won't help you anyway. When you are taking the test, just relax. If you get stuck on something skip it and go on...You can probably find the answer somewhere else on the test. Also if you start getting stressed and upset just smile. By smiling it will tell your brain that everything is going great and it will help you remember more things.

Hope I helped.

Love
Kate

you juss need to get studying done & if you know all the material you should be relaxed about it. ask your teachers for help. if you know the material then there's no reason for you to be too stressed er nervous. if you don't know it, try getting as much help as you can. inbetween studying do things you like doing. watch tv, listen to music, play games, sports etc.

-hope that helped!♥
