i was just wondering if anybody had any ideas on how to get rid of a flabby tummy - like the part that hangs over your belt. i am not a fat girl, infact, i am pretty small for my age/height, but it seems like no matter what i do i always have a pretty big flab hanging down. i have been doing 100-200 situps a night for at least 6 months now & it actually really is helping my abs, but it's not targeting my stomach, which is below that. so i need a different approach then situps, because they are only toneing my abs, not my lower stomach. if anyone has any ideas (exercise and/or deiting) it would be greatly appreciated! ToneTeen has some great exercises for toning your entire stomach, as well as other areas of the body.

I have exams coming up .. i have C's in biology and geometry, and im sooooo nervous. Like in both subjects i study wicked hard, understand everything, but then when i take the test, i do bad. It's hard to relax cus i needa bring both these grades up to at least a B-. Theres sooo much pressure, how can i just learn to relax and chill out? (link)
Study in advance. An hour or two before your test, watch some TV, play a video game, or do something that will take your mind off the test. Relax yourself so you don't have pre-test anxiety (panic). Stop focusing on what "might" happen - it hasn't happened yet! Pay attention to the test, not the mark that hasn't come.

i heard that cocoa butter makes the scars from pimples go away.. i want to try it but does it work? and how much is it? (link)
Palmer's Cocoa Butter works really well and it smells really good ^__^ It's around $4 and can easily be found in stores that sell skincare.
