Ask_me_a_question answered Sunday December 11 2005, 5:17 pm: You don't really need a website, just open the image in paint. Then select image on the menu and click stretch/skew. then enter percentages over 100% in the boxes (make sure you use the same percentage in them both). Then hit OK and save your changes. xomegaroni answered Sunday December 11 2005, 4:13 pm: ok save the picture in your documents er pictures er wherever you want. then get an account at www.photobucket.com & load it on there & then edit it & it has percentages that you can make it. if not then try paint.
