Well I can't really say more than the others have said but I can add this.. keep in mind that when you enlarge a picture, unless it's a vector, it will go 'pixelated'.

You don't really need a website, just open the image in paint. Then select image on the menu and click stretch/skew. then enter percentages over 100% in the boxes (make sure you use the same percentage in them both). Then hit OK and save your changes. Hope i helped :)

ok save the picture in your documents er pictures er wherever you want. then get an account at www.photobucket.com & load it on there & then edit it & it has percentages that you can make it. if not then try paint.
