Q: i put this under Random Weirdos cause it doesnt really fit anywhere else. every winter i get painful dry skin on my hands. the skin cracks, splits then bleeds. it is only my hands and only in the winter! lotion helps a little, for about 10 min, but then my hands hurt again! what can i do/put on my hands?!
