Most people suggest lotion, however, this will usually clog your pores. One great way to eliminate these bumps is to use a technique called Dry Skin Brushing. You simply take a natural brissled brush with a long handle and, starting at your feet, brush your skin toward your heart. Do your entire body. You can google dry skin brushing for more info on the technique. There are countless benefits of doing this. Do this on dry skin just before showering. It only takes a few minutes. You should be able to find a brush at Walmart for less than $10. Good luck! [ naturallyspeaking's advice column | Ask naturallyspeaking A Question ]
Miss_Megan answered Thursday December 2 2004, 3:26 pm: Try not to stress about it! Go to a dermatoligist and see what they have to say about it. Chances are that its just a skin rash and a cream will be able to clear it. [ Miss_Megan's advice column | Ask Miss_Megan A Question ]

manifesta answered Wednesday December 1 2004, 8:46 pm: KP stands for keratosis pilaris and that could be what it is (hit Google for info). If it itches, it could be eczema. It could also be ingrown hairs. It might be a good idea to see a dermatologist to be sure, or at least talk to your mom about it. [ manifesta's advice column | Ask manifesta A Question ]
FunnyCide answered Wednesday December 1 2004, 8:05 pm: this is normal, you are not weird. you can have pimples everywhere on your body b/c a pimple is just a clogged pore.(sweat, dirt, grime, lint all clog pores up) it could be bugs, but that is unlikely. if you are worried, tell a parent and see a doc. xokristabelle answered Wednesday December 1 2004, 7:52 pm: Okay I've read all of the answers here, and I really don't think you have those diseases- that's not white bumps, it's a large pink rash. However I have the same exact thing (in patches sorta) and I asked my best friends mom, who's a dermatoligist (skin doc) and she said...
These just mean your arms and thighs are dry. Exfoliate. Also, after the shower, dry off and put on a good lotion- try Bath and Body Works, they have really yummy winter scents right now. Hope I helped! [ xokristabelle's advice column | Ask xokristabelle A Question ]
lollypopgurl769 answered Wednesday December 1 2004, 7:52 pm: hey! i noticed those things, too. well i used to think i was the only one, but like everyone has them. its nothing bad, just wash it everyday. i'm not saying it'll go away right away, but it should go away after a while. there's a chance it might not, but its nothing to worry about. if it gets worse, go see a dermatologist. you can also put clearasil on it, i did that and they weren't as white. well tell me how it goes ... no worries! if you need more help, drop one in my inbox! laterzs! * xo - angie * [ lollypopgurl769's advice column | Ask lollypopgurl769 A Question ]

Alin75 answered Wednesday December 1 2004, 7:25 pm: Listen, as much as I am sure that at least half the people on this site have medical degrees, I dont think you should be asking this here. See a doctor and make sure that its not something serious. Also note that EVERYONE before me had a different diagnosis- how realiable is that?
