I have Bipolar 1 Disorder. I hate taking all these medications and always going to doctors appointments, but life is too short to let mental illness get the better of me.


Often times life is a challenge, and nobody knows that better than me. I wake up wondering if this is going to be a day my illness overpowers my meds, and either sends me flying like a bat out of hell, or leaves me laying on the couch like a wet dish rag.


Thank all that is good in the world that I have an excellent support system at home.

My boyfriends sixteenth birthday is coming up in a month. I already know he is getting a car,so getting places won't be a problem. Coincidentally his birthday is also Our 0ne year anniversary too. he is more of the music type, not really into sports.

what i had planned is:
1. making him a cake the night before.
2. that day, taking him out to a nice sushi restaurant for our one year/ his birthday.
3. now i just need to take care of a gift,
something meaningful. but yet something he will like.

To be quite honest, it isn't meaningful unless it is something you thought up yourself.
We don't know him from Adam, nor do we have any clue as to what he really likes, so we can't really tell you a good gift idea. Make sense?

Well my mom's making me wear my grad dress to this wedding I'm going to but i don't know..i never want to wear my graduation dress ever again or anywhere because somethng embarassing happened and wearing it and seeing it reminds me and haunts me of it.

I can't get a new one because it's wasting money and the weddings is in three days.

My boyfriend and i made a promise that if he didnt jerk off to porn i wouldnt drink. Well, I certainly understand being the jealous type, because I am, too.
HOWEVER. There is a huge difference between "trusting" him and "demanding" of him that which you have no power or right to demand.

I mean, come on, you have given him a designated masturbation time limited to the shower only?

You can't expect him to just not masturbate because you don't want him to. It is perfectly normal and healthy for him to do so. Even if it is to porn.

Ok well when i wear my medication, my face burns!

Anything that makes your skin burn, especially to the point of tears, is not good for you.
There is likely a chemical in the medication that you are having an allergic reaction to.

I wouldn't advise using that stuff again. Get a different medication, or talk to your doctor.

I am a sophomore in college majoring in cultural anthropology and South Asian studies. I want to have a career dealing with South Asian culture so I joined my school's Indian Student Alliance. Because I'm the only European (white person) there, the ISA members are less than welcoming. I attend weekly meetings and try to participate but people avoid talking to me and even laugh about me during meetings. I see them between classes too and they whisper about me when I walk past because they know my face so it affects me every day. It really hurts my feelings. I don't want to quit the ISA but I'm becoming the laughing stock. The ISA is entirely student-run, so there's no adult there to stop the abuse. What should I do? Please help!

About the contract- I wouldn't advise more than a 1 year contract. If you sign up for a 2 year contract and realize you don't like their service, then you are stuck with it unless you want to pay oodles and gobs for a cancellation fee.

Whenever I watch a very romantic movie, when you can just see the passion the two characters have for each other, I get overwhelmed and start crying.

For example, in the movie When Harry met Sally, at the end, when he goes to that party and admits to Sally that he loves her, I had tears running down my face and I felt a slight squeeze on my heart.

I do have a crush on this guy (I think I might be in love, I've liked him for almost four years, and it seems like my love for him is growing stronger by the year). I always get so happy when I imagine him saying those things to me.

Why do you think I am crying? If it's because of the guy, do you think I'm in love? There's just this huge bundle of emotion in me right now, and sometimes when I watch or hear something it triggers that bundle to tear a little and the next thing I know tears are running down my face. I never sob though (like I do when I am sad or angry). I just need to know what's wrong with me. I was never like that.

I'm going to start off saying that before my boyfriend and I became physical we both were COMPLETELY pure (we were each other's first everything). Now to my question....

It seems like every time my boyfriend and I have sex the inside of my thighs and vagina gets irritated. A few days later I feel like I have a yeast infection. We have tried different brands of condoms and the same thing happens every time. We've even tried different kinds (lubricated, not lubricated, spermacide...you get the idea). The only time I don't get irritated in that area is when we don't use a condom (don't worry, I'm on birth control!!).

So, could I be allergic to the latex? If so, why don't surgical gloves irritate my skin?

You could be, and anymore, surgical gloves are generally latex-free. (At least in my neck of the woods...)
