Wow. I just got back from there concert in Vegas the other week. They did amazing, and thats what everyone else at the concert was saying. Although I did go to another one of theirs and t sucked, they won't very energetic, they just stood there and sang. But in Vegas, holy shit, they were amazing. Hello. I recently asked a question about getting a tattoo on my shoulder. Only one person answered. Anyway, this is a different question now. I'm supposed to get one soon. I finally found a design I really like with a butterfly in it, so I think that's the one I'm picking. Please don't give me a lecture on why I shouldn't get a tattoo. I am 16/f and I already have a tattoo on my lower back. I don't need to know how much they hurt or anything like that. I don't think they hurt at all. I love the feeling. I was just hoping someone who actually has a tattoo on their shoulder could answer this. No one else please, because most likely no one else would know. I wanted to know if I'm going to have to take my shirt off for this tattoo to be done, or what I'll have to do? If I don't have to take my shirt off, then what type of shirt do you suggest I wear when I go to get this done? If anyone has a tattoo on their shoulder already, please let me know if you had to take your shirt off, or what type of shirt you wore. Thank you very much. I'd really appreciate it. Hi. My sister got a tattoo on her shoulder, and she was required to take her shirt off. Including her bra. BUT, my twin sister, (sorry lots of sisters) got one and wore a tube top and they didn't make her take it off. So really, what you should do, is just wear a top that won't be in the area of the tattoo and won't annoy the person giving you the tattoo. =] Like a tube top.

My band recently played a gig at a bar - we were there for four hours and were promised a minimum of $200.

Some friends of the band were there, and they got into a fight (verbal) with the bartender, he got angry and kicked them out. Then waited for us to finish the song we were on, and he turned on the jukebox.

We packed up our things and as we were packing up the last of it, one of the people that was kicked out, came back in to see if we needed any help with anything. The bartender started screaming at her, telling her to get out, when she started explaining herself (and to be fair, no one was acting really rationally at the time - except for maybe the band.) the bartender kept telling her to get out, and eventually grabbed her and tried to push her out. A guy with us got in the bartenders face about it - saying he shouldn't be pushing her around - and yeah. One of our band members broke it up and got the people to leave.

After we got what we believed was all of our things, the band member which got us the gig went in to get the money. We heard the bartender start yelling at him - and it sounded like it was getting very heated - so myself and the other member went in to make sure we had all of our things, since it didn't seem likely that we'd be able to return anymore. As soon as we stepped in the door, he yelled at us and told us to get out. I left right away but the other guy kept going in, eventually all of the band members came out - but we recieved no money for our gig.

When we went there, one person gave the bartender his credit card to start a tab on - and he intended to pay it with the money that he recieved from the gig. We believe that he still may have charged the credit card for the drinks - so we really want our money so we're not in the hole for all of the drinks that were had.

What i'm wondering - is there any form of action that we can take (We're going to talk to the owner again tomorrow and try to settle it when everyone has calmed down) to get our money? Or at the very least to have the credit card bill dropped?

Well, I'm thinking you can take him to court. Although you would have to have a paper saying that he was going to pay you, if you don't have a paper saying you were going to get paid, then you have no case there. Your friend, (the girl) that was pushed around and yelled at can take him to court for verbal abuse and assault (since he did put his hands on her and try to push her out) Your best bet is to talk to a lawyer and see what can be done, then, if needed, hire a lawyer for what needs to be done.

Bleh. Okay. So I sweat. And I know that everyone sweats but like, it's disgusting and it looks like someone poured water on my shirt. Every deodorant with antipersperant that I've tried does nothing. It's really embarassing and now that it's summer it's really hott so it's even worse. It makes me really self concious and I'm scared to wear bright colored shirts because it'll show up even more. But when I wear all black so it won't show up I get called gothic or emo! =[

You can get Botox in the places where you sweat the most, but it hurts and is very expensive. There is a deoderant called Certain-Dri. Get that, if you havn't tryed it. Its like the best deoderant they make and its made for people with your problem. =]

But Shout is cheaper and works just as good.

well my boyfriends birthday is in two weeks, and last night he just got really injured playing football, and we had to go to the emergency room and everything.. but hes gotta have sergery so he cant walk for a week.. and yatta yatta..he cant go anywhere on his birthday in pain like that.. so i wanted to do something for him.

Having sex usually isn't planned, and just happens. Especially your first time. You never really get the feeling to not do it. So, maybe your just not ready yet. You should tell your boyfriend how you feel and see if he feels the same way. No wait, ask him who he feels then tell him how you feel. It makes things a lot easier.

I have a real problem here. My face is square and big! I have a small frame and hence my face looks kind of out of proportion to my body.

My boyfriends' sister is a hair stylest. I heard her telling someone one time that your hair cut makes your face look smaller. She sugested long layers and side swept bangs. In the end, the woman looked a lot better. Maybe thats what you should do. Its a lot cheaper than plastic surgery. :]

is it true that if you charge your cell for a certain amount of time ..then it wont be able to charge ever again? and is it the same with ipods? because my friends ipod cant charge cause she said she has charged it for a certain amount of time.. i was just wondering if this was true or not for the cell phone..

so i'll start by telling you a bit about myself.

i got into a figth with this girl and it got bad, but girls are catty. she tried to ruin my reputation, but i ruined her life =] i got her kicked off of class vice president and her friends hate her. but to be fair, she really deserved it im not kidding. she posted pictures of me that were like edited and crap to make it look like i was naked, like photocopying my head onto the pic or w/e. and posted it on alot of the lockers. idk why she did it, shes just jealous b/c im dating her ex bf. seems to me like SHES the sociopath not me...

so after this i got in trouble, the school sent me to a therapist to talk about why i act the way i do. he diagnosed me a sociopath. But um... sociopaths are psycho anti-socials and im the center of attention. Im not a freak, i love shopping and guys and they say just b/c im a little decieving and like it my way, makes me a sociopath???

We have a little Chihuahua, and when he goes outside to pee, he pees on his front leg. He does lift his hind leg, and that's when he pees on his front one. If he were to sqat instead, he wouldn't pee on it, but he's a boy dog, so he lifts his leg.

Is there any kind of harness that we can get to keep him from being able to hike his leg when he pees? We go through baby-wipes like mad at this rate. :-(

Hi. My brothers ex had this problem with 2 of her Chihuahuas. One of them grew out of it but the other one didn't. The one that didn't, she took to the vet, and he said the only way to fix it was to get him fixed. So maybe take your dog to the vet and see what he/she says. I guarentee you they can fix it! :D

Try asking him to a movie and tell him about your feelings or call him. Its really easy to write a note, so maybe if you write him a note.

About your friend, I understand she is your friend, but if she doesn't want to take the chance of telling him her feelings then obviously something is saying that you should.

does anyone know if Garnier Fructis Long & Strong shampoo and conditioner system actually works? does it really make your hair stronger so it can grow longer or do they just say that so you will buy it? i'm looking to grow my hair out longer and i heard about this shampoo and was wondering if it really works.

She said to use Mane & Tail to make it stronger and give it nutrients to grow. She also said to keep in mind that your hair can only grow a certain amount each month so nurture it. Also wrap dry hair in a conditioner and let it stay for 2 hours then rinse in COLD water, once a week will help. :D

I work at cvs and yea you may think it can't possible be that busy but at times its really busy and i feel like i get crammed with things that need to be finshed. When i work 8 hour shifts its not as bad but when i work 5 huor shifts it is. I hate having to leave work for the managers to do. Like today i had to leave a bunch of stuff like doing a ton of reprints with photo. 2 rolls of film. Filling a 4x6 paper roll. Then i finished magazines but i didnt know where to put them so i left them up front. When i work i have to do all the stuff that is brought up and ring register. I usually work by myself so i dont have someone that can help me out because the manager is busy.

Is there a way to calm down but get everything thing done?

Maybe you should go to your manager and explain whats going on and tell her that she needs to hire someone else to help you. She should understand.
