i am really shy too. or well, i was.
what i did was gain confidence in myself but working out, and just started out with small talk and just smiling at people so i looked approachable. the more people who approached me and talk with me the more i sorta overcame my shyness

k well, every guy i go out with i really like him and what ever, well, i have this issue, ive gone out with most of them for at least a month, and every time they ask me to do something with them, or hang out, or come to their house, i always make up a lame freaking excuse, i hate it, the one guy im going out with right now, i like him so much, i seriously think im in love with him this is our second time going out, and he always askes me to go to his house, and i always make up an excuse, i guess im afraid of whats he gunnah think about me, because i mean, im not pretty. at least not to me. i mean i have random people come up to me and theyll be like awe your so gorgeous, i dont think i am, im really self concious because i have ache. like so freaking self concious about it. can anyone help me like.. figure out why im self concious, i mean i wannah figure out why i keep doing this, i wannah spend time with my boyfriend so bad, but i keep stopping myself.

im self concious too, well, im not as bad as i used to be.
i just learned to except myself for who i am, and someone will love me for me.
use cleansing stuff to help clear up your face
i dont know why you are embarrased though to be with your boyfriend because of it, he things your beautiful the way you are, and he just wants to be with you! =]
maybe exercising will help you to gain confidence in yourself
im sure your a beautiful person, with a great personality, and this will pass.
explain to your boyfriend whats going on with you, he'll understand and will do a better job at helping you than some of us will ♥

How does soccer help your heart? so far i have Soccer will help you improve your endurance, agility, hand eye coordination (goalies), foot-eye coordination, and muscular strength in your legs and arms (throw-in), speed, and......am i missing anything? (link)

it keeps your heart "fit" =]
sorry thats all i can really find. but i think that your heart pumping faster would allow the blood to pump faster and get to your muscles quicker so they get the propper blood flow so you you dont "cramp up" or pull muscles or get hurt.

Well my friend has started to talk to this senior (chris) i was friends with chris last year but we havent talked for a while. so ive started talkin to him a couple of weeks ago because of my friend jen who hes with. so chris picked me and jen up and we were supposed to be hangin out with this kid steve i liked but steve called later on. so we picked up chris`s friend brian. i knew brian last year too but we havent talked. so we all went back to chris`s and chris and jen kept on leaving the room and trying to like get us to hookup, i think brian wanted to but i dont know i felt weird so i was like "lets go find them" so then after me and megan went to the bathroom she told me brian said i was pretty and hada cute body and stuff. so chris and jen went on the bed in back of the futon/couch me and brian were on and we sat close and he held my hand then he did in the car. but i havent talked to him, i have his screenname and everything but he rarely even talks to anyone online, hes always away. what should i do? is he interested? he goes to a diff school too

well, its nice to make that *one guy* more importnant over the others..but its kind of hard to make yourself not like someone (unless the do something mean to you of course)
if you think you like the other one more, then maybe you shouldnt go out with him..
but chances are if you really like the one who is going to ask you out, he'll probably treat you just *that much better* and you're feelings for him will get stronger and you'll like the other guy less.
----*that comment was a little immature...guys dont really like immaturity. and since i am the *only one* so far to take my time to answer your question, shouldnt you be a little more respectful?

Hey I'm a guy and have a situation I'm embarrased about. When I'm with my girlfriend, I feel comfortable and myself...except for one part. My body sometimes responds in the wrong way, like it feels like I'm gonna stain my shorts or something. Anyways, just wondering because I don't think thats normal, doesn't feel right either, and its embarrassing. I never even think about going there or want to. So what should I do? Is this normal? that happens to many guys i know, they arent interested in sex, but when they are with the girl they like, the get it.
i dont know why, haha. but dont worry.
you can always ask the school nurse, or a male guardian..

under column settings, there is a slot where you put the URL for a picture..
you need a pictures URL for a background.
you need to save a picture you like, go to a photo hostng site (my favortie is www.tinypic.com) upload the picture, near the bottom it will say "URL" with a link after its uploaded, copy and paste that link into the slot under column settings for the picture URL.

parents are usually out for several hours..and id say 15+would be best to start babysitting, and you must have tollerance, and patiance...
minimum wage is usually $6.50, but you and your friend can decide on a fair price due to the time you will be babysitting and how many kids you are babysitting. (dont go over $7 though i think)

it is a part of it, yes, you are maturing.
it wont be noticeable though, you might notice it though if your bra's start to feel a little tight, but chances are no one else will really notice.

I've been with this guy for about 9 monthes now. we are not officially together because that is the way i want it. BUT we are exclusive and aren't supposed to be with other people.
I cheated on him friday night. This isn't the first time i did it, but i told him about the other times. After the last one, he told me if i cheated again then we'd be done.
Do you think i should tell him what i did? I really do like him a lot. I'm seeing him today and need advice asap.

i think you should deffinately tell him, and give the reason as too why you did it...just be honest (honesty is one of the best policies, ya know ;])

only do it if you *know for a fact* you are ready, and just be aware of the consequences that may fallow.. ie: breakup, pregnancy, stds... is he a virgin?

sorry this is long, and full of profanities, but i seriously cant take it anymore.
hey i dont know who is going to be up at 10 oclock on a Sunday, but of course i am. You see, i really hate my dad. Time after time he makes me so pissed off and annoyed at him, and i just cannot stand it. Like this morning, he wakes me up at 8 30 to go to church, and then he fucking leaves without me because i "wasnt ready!" Now i have to go by myself and after church i was supposed to have plans with my friend i havent seen in 2 months and i cant even do that! This morning i was writing an away message and he tells my little sister to turn off the computer because i was on for too long and i was "ignoring him" so she turns it off! like wtf? so i slam in the keyboard drawer because i was so pissed off, and it fucking broke! now im in trouble for breaking the keyboard, and not going to mass. Finally, my dad is angry at me because i bought too many songs on iTunes. The bill was 20 dollars.
Who cares?! 20 bucks is not a lot for buying music that me and my brother listen too, and this doesnt even happen every month! Usually its like 5 bucks!
You may think im being like stuck up or bratty over this, but this is how it is for me day after day. I hate my dad and im always mad at him and i wish he would leave my mom so i wouldnt have to deal with him anymore. I go to a very hard high school, and i manage to get A's and B's so i think he should be damn proud of that. can anyone help me? how can i work things out with my dad?

i know what you mean, me and my dad hate eachother..
and once your done with highschool you can get out and away from him..
but for now you're just going to have to deal with it, and try not to get on his nerves. but what i would do is tell a counselor at school that you can't stand him and that you want to know if there is any type of counseling that can help, even talking to the counselor everyone once in a while would help you to get it off your chest, and he/she can probably help you a lot more than some of us here on this site.
also, if you never tell him what your feeling, things arent going to change.

i could be an act of vandalism, depending on why it happened, or if it was an act of revenge...but most likely they will just have you or that person who kicked the whole in the wall pay for the damage
