can soccer improve your flexability? if it does how would it?

yes. any sport can improve your flexability. just stretching does it. <3

Sure it does. You have to stretch before you run. Then running you stretch out your legs and they become more flexible over time.

soccer can improve flexibilaty becuase when you run you tend to swing your arms. when your the goalie you kinda have to run sideways to block the ball.

when you run/throw you stretch and losen your muscles and joints, i would imaging that would improve your flexability.
