I have a question about a friend of mine. Well we really only became friends about 6 weeks ago. I met her through work. We started hanging out together and going for coffee, and one time even went back to her place to watch a movie. She is married with 3 teenage boys. She told me back in December that she would be moving with her family to another city and would have to quit her job. He husband has already moved, and she is leaving in a couple of weeks. Well she used to be really friendly and phoned me a lot, and when she phoned she would want to talk about work. She never phones me anymore and when I phoned her the other day she was acting kind off cool towards me. I have no idea why. I'm wondering if maybe someone at work said something about me to her? Or do you think it's just because she's getting ready to move and her mind is preoccuipied?

hmm..she seems preoccupied. i mean obviously a lot of things are going on. call her & ask if you can talk to her about things. she'll either say no er yes & then you can get your answer.

OK. So there's this guy I met at a "get started program" for starting high school... and well I started to like him.. a lot. then i realized that he had a girlfriend.. and then he broke up with her and then my friend went out with him.. then she broke up with him.. and then he got another girlfreind.. now they are broken up.. and he says he lieks me.. but I dont want to fall for it because I know he's just gonna end up dumping me after a week like those other girls.. but I want to at the same time cuz i like him.. i dont know what to do... but theres this other guy that ive liked since 7th grade.. but i dont know if he likes me.. and he goes to a different school than me.. but i dont know what to do cuz i dont know if he likesme.. help me pleaes?

i think if you date the guy you like, then he's obviously going to dump you after a week & you don't want to get hurt over it. maybe you guys can juss stay good friends & if he starts to like you more then you can trust him. at least for now you should stay friends. try contacting your friend from 7th grade. maybe if you guys build a friendship it'll help & then you could see how you guys wanna hang out & stuff.

alright, so i know how to get pictures onto my ipod nano.
but how do i get them off??!?!
please help me.

okay what you do is plug in your ipod nano & open up itunes. after you should see a little ipod next to your 'name' which is your ipod name. right click on that & click on ipod options. then there should be a 'photo' tab & it has the place where your ipod folder is & the name of it. then go into 'my documents' on your task bar through start & find the folder. idk about yours, but mine's under the PICTURE folder & then IPOD CACHE. there you can delete photos, put photos in it, etc etc. after you do that, go back into your 'photo options' on itunes & update it. if you have any other questions juss leave some in my inbox.

i want to lose weight in my Stomach my Stomach Hips and the fat a little above the hips how work over can i do to lose weight in those places and can you give me a meal plan where like breakfast lunch snack and dinner thanks i rate 5

you need specific exercises for those areas. obviously jogging/running/walking helps. do you have a tredmill?? that might help since it's winter & all. if not, when it gets a bit warmer you can run. you should try different stomach exercises. some of these are 'ab' exercises while others are juss for that area & hips. both are probably effective. i would suggest getting a work out tape. there's some older versions for less $ at places like walmart, kmart, etc. that's for better results. here's a website-

food is obviously a big part of losing weight.

-BREAKFAST. this is definately the most important meal of the day. eat.. a lot. healthy stuff of course. if you don't eat breakfast, your body goes into starvation mode & it won't burn off calories. so you either gain weight er stay the same weight. eat things such as cereals, oatmeals, cream of wheat, yogurts, fruits, etc. mix & match those so you have enough. try different juices such as apple juice, orange juice, milk, water, etc. milk is good & you should have about 3 cups a day. also, eating every 3 hrs such as fruits, veggies, crackers, etc. help your metabolism.
-LUNCH. this is more of a 'light meal'. things such as soups, salads, sandwiches, etc. are good.
-DINNER. the whatever meal. you should basically have healthier foods mon-thurs. try things such as a main meat, veggies, & another side dish you like. juss go in porportion & obviously when you're full stop. try not eating after 7-8 pm. fri-sun should be your 'whatever days' for dinner. keep your regular breakfast-lunch schedule but eat more freely for dinner. for me, i can't eat healthy dinners all the time er i get in a bad mood, but if you want to that's definately good.

There is a girl I've known for a good long while, and recently I made the effort to get back in touch with her and be friends again. I assumed it was going pretty well, we talk online and go out shopping and stuff sometimes. I do like her, but recently I've got the feeling she is just using me to take her places (into town, to see bands) b/c she's not allowed on her own. If I suggest just hanging out or something, she'll always just brush away the suggestion. If we do see each other we get on well though. I'm pretty much her only friend as well, and it sounds really mean, but I thought she'd be kind of pleased to have some friends.
So what should I do?

hmm..it does seem like she's using that stuff so she can go do things, but maybe she's juss the type of person that gets bored easily?? idk, i think you should talk to her about it. don't jump to conclusions right away, juss until you find out what she thinks/feels. juss ask her nicely about it & see she thinks about it.

Ok, so my friend /really/ likes this guy, and she thinks he likes her a bit too.. He is also single, and they hang out a lot. Sometimes he gives little hints to her that she takes as his way of saying he likes her a little.. Except, she also heard that he was going to ask someone out on the bus today. Help?

They don't ride the same bus.

try 'researching' about it. maybe if you become friends with him you can get details. idk with schools things usually go around fast. i know she's your friend & all, but you should encourage her to go for it with him, because she's the one that likes him. all you have to find out is if he's dating someone. if not, he should go for it.

ugh ok well i really like this kid hes really cute everyone wants him and all that well im good friends with his ex gf and they are like best friends so the other day he told her that he knew i like him and it was so obvious and he thought i was really cute but like i cant just talk to him she wants me to go to the movies with him but like i dont know how to talk to him i need soem convo starters and not oh act like hes your bff or talk about sports school music uh. no this is the real world honestly who does that so can some one pleaase give me advice!

you juss have to be yourself. MAKE yourself talk to him. you don't want to blow it. if you're yourself everything will be fine. convo starters?? i think the best would be about the surroundings your in. like if you go to the movies, talk about movies, if you go to dinner talk about restaurants, etc etc. he'll like you for you & if he doesn't then you shouldn't be with someone like that anyway.

okay well i have a digital camera and i uploaded pictures on my computer i had like 45 of them,and when i upload them on the computer it was ones that i didnt have on the camera,they were from a different day that i took the pictures and i thought i lost them because well whats happening to me now happened to me when i tried to upload the pictures that i took awhile ago, okay i know that was kind of confusing but my question is how do i find my pictures that i tried to upload because i delated all of my pictures on my digital camera so i cant try to upload them again.If you could help me out i would really appreciate it : ]

are you saying they're on your computer & you can't find them?? idk, the pictures i upload are saved as the date. go to START, SEARCH & see if you remember the date. if not juss go through MY COMPUTER, C DRIVE & go through all of your folders. if you didn't manually delete them, they're still on your computer.

2 glasses of milk a day
icetea/water ( unlimitied diet tea )

60 minutes of gazelle a week
3 exercise videos ( firm;pilates;yoga)
and one walk

will this help me lose weight?

you should have a bagel occasionally. believe it er not, bagels can go up to 300 calories..thats a lot!! the rest should help you though. remember to get lots of sleep & keep yourself hydrated. here's a calorie counter-

I'm a guy, and junior in high school. I am constantly worried about everything in my life. For instance what I'm going to wear, is my dad mad at me, am I depressed, what my grades are, is my mom alive, just everything like that, even if my friends are mad at me. I worry about everything it drives me nuts all of the time. And when I'm worried about that I can't concentrate on the important things like grades, am I doing the right thing in life, and just crap like that. I told my mom I worry too much and I even worry about her grown up things like who is going to buy my car does she have enough money in the bank. I need some help hear what do I do?

I'm just beginning to learn how to play the violin. It's been a dream of mine since I was little so I'm really excited and practicing quite a bit. The trouble is my left wrist gets really sore really fast and I can't practice for very long at once. Is there anything I can do about this? My teacher tells me I am holding the violin right but I want to be able to practice for more then like 10 minutes before my arm gets tired. Do I just need to wait for my arm to get stronger or are there any stretches or such I can do?

hectorjr is right, but also it takes awhile for your arm to get used to it. so do those stretches & keep trying. the more you do it the less your arm will hurt. it'll definately get better.

its a stupid symantec thing..its like Your computer is at risk in the following areas: -Firewall protection is turned off. Even thought its not..and u can click okay, it will go away fur a sec, then pop up again. its really annoying, and i know its a virus...but like, ive ran 3 virus scans, and it still hasnt gone away, so if you could help me, id love you furever.

try turning the whole entire thing off, wait a few seconds & turn it on again. i get those too, but i don't get firewall ones i get something else. if not, try right clicking on the icon on the task bar & go to options & check to see if anything funny isn't checked er you can juss turn off the pop ups.

hey, so years of soccer, basketball, and football have been gettin to me. Both knees have been sore when i do anything, especially my main sport basketball. im about 5'10 but i dont think it has anything to do with my height. Anyone have any suggestions to help meh..

ugh i know what you mean. i play basketball too. i have bad knees, but its hereditary in my family. i'd suggest going to a doctor that specializes in it. they can probably give you braces for your knees to give you support, because it does hurt. it probably doesn't have to do with your height. sometimes juss the fact that you play sports, meaning you run a lot, have a lot of activity, is enough to hurt them. kinda weird, but that's what happened to me plus the whole heredity thing. i'd get braces so it supports your knees & so you don't damage them anymore.

This only happens to My Pictures folder as far as I know. When I open a picture to edit it or send it to some one, another picture takes it's place.
It may sound confusing but say you have pictures 1-10. you try to open picture number 1 but when you do, you see picture number 5. It's like they are all scrambeled up and I don't know what to do.
I tried restaring my computer 2 times already.
Also I deleted a few pictures from the folder but when I try to open a picture the deleted picture takes it's place.
It is so weird.
Any one have any suggestions on what I can do about this?

okay whatever picture you open, so lets say you open the first picture and its picture 5 then juss rename that picture 5 by right clicking & click 'rename' & i guess that should work.

okay, my hair is very very curly and frizzy and thick its nasty!! i sometimes put hair gel in it and it looks fine and then other times i stirghten it but it still gets frizzy easily. I use hair serum and this one spray to control the frizz but hey im always lookin' for something better can you guys suggest anything?

scrunch it. don't try straightening it, because it never really works. what you can do is when you get outta the shower, towel dry it & use some hair moose & then juss scrunch it. it works better with curly hair & it won't be all dry & it definately won't frizz. here's a website-

ok heres the thing, proms is in 3 months and i need to lose like 15 or 20 pounds. I need advice on a way i can lose that weight in 3 months. i wanna find a cute dress thats looks good with out the gut and love handles showing through. please help!

i have a really health way to lose weight & i lost like 10 lbs haha =)

1- SLEEP. okay this might sound really weird, but sleeping does help you. you should at least be getting 9-10 hrs a sleep at night. if you can't then at least 7-8.
2- BREAKFAST. basically it's the most important meal. people say to 'eat lightly in the morning'. nopeeeee you need to eat the most at breakfast. if you skip breakfast you won't burn calories which means you'll either gain weight er stay the same weight. some good ideas would be fruit, cereal, toast, etc.
3- LUNCH. lunch should be your light meal. sandwiches, salads, etc.
4- DINNER. i call this the 'whatever meal'. eat somewhat healthy foods such as a meat, a veggie, & w/e else you want with it. juss eat a good proportion size.
5- TIMING. don't eat after 7 er 8pm. also, try eating every 3 hours. this parts tricky. you wanna try to eat fruits, veggies, crackers, etc.
6- EXERCISE. that's really important, because you want to stay fit. this isn't like..run a marathon er something. juss lightly jog/run/walk etc. you might even wanna try some exercises. you can google those if you want.
7- WATER. drink a lot of water. you need to keep yourself hydrated.
8- WEIGHING. don't go crazy with weighing yourself. i'd say twice a week.
