ipod help

alright, so i know how to get pictures onto my ipod nano.
but how do i get them off??!?!
please help me.

okay what you do is plug in your ipod nano & open up itunes. after you should see a little ipod next to your 'name' which is your ipod name. right click on that & click on ipod options. then there should be a 'photo' tab & it has the place where your ipod folder is & the name of it. then go into 'my documents' on your task bar through start & find the folder. idk about yours, but mine's under the PICTURE folder & then IPOD CACHE. there you can delete photos, put photos in it, etc etc. after you do that, go back into your 'photo options' on itunes & update it. if you have any other questions juss leave some in my inbox.
