hey, so years of soccer, basketball, and football have been gettin to me. Both knees have been sore when i do anything, especially my main sport basketball. im about 5'10 but i dont think it has anything to do with my height. Anyone have any suggestions to help meh..

xomegaroni answered Monday January 30 2006, 5:48 pm: ugh i know what you mean. i play basketball too. i have bad knees, but its hereditary in my family. i'd suggest going to a doctor that specializes in it. they can probably give you braces for your knees to give you support, because it does hurt. it probably doesn't have to do with your height. sometimes juss the fact that you play sports, meaning you run a lot, have a lot of activity, is enough to hurt them. kinda weird, but that's what happened to me plus the whole heredity thing. i'd get braces so it supports your knees & so you don't damage them anymore.
