im 5'3" and i weigh 145 but i have alott of muscle. should i still lose weight though? and how much?
are you a boy or a girl?
if you are a girl... yes you are overweight, but its just muscle pretty much. dont worry about it
if you are a boy... you are also overweight by the average weight by 3 lbs. no big deal. just keep excercising, and maybe not do as many curl ups, try running, or push ups

my boyfriends grandma on his dads side has tourettes so him, his mom, and i were wondering if he has it. he says it only happens if he gets nervous, sad, or mad. i was at his house last night and it was so sad. his neck will twitch and like his head kept going back because of it or to the side and twitch like 5 times. he said he doesnt really have control over it and he cant really make himself move when it happens. it was so sad because we were sitting up on the floor and i was holding him and he was trying to put his arms around me except he kept twitching and then he finally got his arms around me and he twitched and his arms like fell off of me so i think he gave up. does that sound like tourettes? it came out of nowhere though, like it started a couple days ago and i just found out last night. oh and by the way, hes 15 if that matters

Is 5'0" average height for a 16 year (almost 17) old girl? I was 4'10" when I was 11 years old. I'm now taller than my mom by about an inch.
I'm just so tired of getting practically tackled in the hallways at school because literally, no one sees me.

I am 29 yrs old. I dont have any friends.I have a wonderful boyfriend who is very outgoing and confident.Every now and then he says I need to make some friends. I cant. What do I do, call some girl up and say will you be my friend?? How cheesy. I go out with him where his friends hang out but no one engages conversation with me.They do for a minute then go. I am an attractive person that is not the problem. But how does someone who was abused as a child, not allowed to have friends, phonecalls or sleepovers, and a 10 year marriage where I was not allowed to work or have friends, change and get friendships. It seems so out of reach for me.Help!!!
aww. im sorry to hear this. have a party at your house! invite the neighbors, and your boyfriends' friends. play some fun games-suitable for adults. play pictionary! that is always fun! just be yourself, and others will want to be with you.

Last night I was running on the tread mill and it was really weird I had to burp alot? hah is burping while running good, bad, normal. Or just something that was kinda weird.
hahahhaha. sorry. this made me laugh a lot though, burping while running does nothing to you. no harm. it could have just beem something you ate, or soda or something. hahahahahaa. dont worry.
i have no idea why.. but when i sit, like the top part of the crack hurts.. like its a muscle or something i think. hmm i dont know why or how this happened :/

I have a lot of time on my hands and am looking for some good books to read. I am not sure what to read though. I like books about teenagers going through tough times, kind of books that a teenage girl can relate to. I liked Crank and Speak. So anything kind of like either of those two books would be great. okay so, here is my story...
i am a 14 year old boy and a couple weeks ago i was with my friends and they had pot and i had some. things had been going really bad that week so i thought i deserved it. my gf broke up with me and i lost my cell phone and i failed 2 tests. it was bad. so i was really high and so were all of my friends so i just camped out in the woods that night. when i woke up it was like 10 and i remembered all of the bad stuff and i got mad because i new i was in trouble and i smelled so badly of smoke. so i went home and luckily found that no one was there. so i felt like crap and i was deperessed so i got like bleech and clorox and windex and a whole bunch more chemicals and drank it in my room with the door sealed shut. i was trying to kill myself. when i woke up i was in the hospital. i finally got to go home and i cant go anywhere (because my parents dont trust me). so ive been locked up in hell for ever! i need help how to get my life back together.
i am so sorry. this must be terrible. 14 years old is NO age to flush your life down the drain. you have to start looking on the bright side of life. maybe get some new friends, get a new hobby. also consider being home schooled privatly, so then your parents will let you go back to school after. hurting and harming your self is not the answer. your mom carried you around for about 8 months, which is dreadful, because she cant do anything, not even tie her shoes when she was carrying you. they house you, feed you, care for you, and love you. do you really think your parents deserve to go through this? it is basically like throwing your life away, and your parents efforts to raise you as well as they could. best of luck to you, i honestly hope i helped in some way or another

hi im a girl and im in the 8th grade. at the end of the year theres this dance for everyone in our grade and we all get dressed up and the girls wear dresses. they arent too fancy or anything though. does anyone know where to get a cute dress for that? i would like it to be around knee length a little longer, basically anything just not as long as floor length. it would have to fit me too im a 14/16 girls or xs and a 00 at the biggest. and does anyone know some good makeup or hair ideas for something like this? my hair is about shoulder length and blonde.thanks soooo much!

dont delete them. it means they clicked a link, which causes bullitons to automatically post. you cant get it if you dont click the links. those people who have it should change their passwords, IMMEDIATLY>

recently I had two pimples on my armpits! Is that normal? because I heard of pimple on your front chest and on your back but never on your armpits! and it really hurts.
it could very likely be a pimple. but sometimes, it is when your armpit glands swell,,, caused by some reaction. try putting neosporin on them, that should get rid of them. hope i helped!
