so I was walking with my guy friend and he had his arms around my hips and he said "you have a tight hip."

what does that mean? is that good or bad? was he saying it literally or like "that's tight" kind of tight? haha thanks

It means, that you have good hips. So it's definitely a good thing. Just like some people will be talking about a particular thing, and respond with, "that's tight!" It's the same thing.
