Make up was most certainly not a big to-do back then. I say (for dramatic purposes), a nice 'rose' blush would probably be all you need. And if you think you'd like more than that, try a very very suttle pink lip stick. And as far as eye liner goes, I wouldn't. ;]

My cousin's best friend recently just died about 4 days ago. He was her best friend every and she's having a rough time because they grew up together and were extremely close. I don't know what to do, besides be there for her. It's kind of hard when she lives in Boston, though. Anyway, since she's having a rough time she got back into heavy drugs and began to cut herself, again. I'm trying to make her realize that she has to stop all this. I just mean, she has to realize that's he is gone. Nothing can change that. And she can't turn to drugs and ruin her life. She's also really angry towards everyone. Her friends, family, and her crush. He's always telling her that he's there for her and he loves her and she just snaps. What should I do with this problem? Any ideas?

....That's the most important thing you CAN do. And really, it's ALL you can do. You never mentioned her age (which would have been helpful), but she is her own person. All you can do is make suggestions; but you really have no more power than that. Obviously, she's going through a horrendous period in her life, and she's need some support. While she may not ACT like she's appreciative of your love and generousity, I'm telling you she is. Everybody needs a sturdy backbone during a crisis, and I applaud you for standing strong behind her. I pray that you don't give up on her. That would be the absolute worst thing you could possibly do - her feeling like she's lost someone else won't help things. She might live in Boston, but you can still stay connected through the telephone and internet. Stress to her that this is a very personal and individual struggle, but she doesn't have to go through it alone.
Is she under 18? Does she live with her parents and/or guardians? Do they know she's turned to such drastic measures? When you say "heavy drugs", I assume you're not just talkin' about cigarettes here. Remind her that what she's doing is illegal. Tell her that you won't go straight to the authorities, but you refuse to sit back and watch her destory herself. Let her know that you're on her side, ONLY if she's willing to help YOU help HERSELF!!

I'd like to thank you, first of all.. for making this question somewhat 'enjoyable', if that's the right word? I just liked your style of writing; it was clear, flowed smoothly, and made perfect sense.
Now, to throw in my opinion, I'm really sorrie this happened. I believe you have every right to be hurt by this; I would be ENRAGED!! I STRONGLY suggest bringing this up to him. If you don't, it's only saying that you approve of his disgusting behavior, when you clearly do not. And think of this: if you keep your mouth shut, it's not helping the situation at all. He'll never know there was a problem, so he'll naturally continue this behavior, if he finds a good chance; and YOU'LL be the one suffering for it!
And is this at all possible: if he knows you have his AIM password, wouldn't he assume you could have his MySpace one, also?? Maybe he thinks that you've ALREADY seen it, and since you never brought it up, he feels he can go off and do whatever he wants, because he'll ASSUME you'll always be there with open arms, ready and willing to take his unfair crap..
Bottom line, relationships are based on trust. If you CLEARLY can not trust him... what is there to hold onto?? So, bring it up to him. If you can't TALK with your partner... how do you ever expect to keep a respectable and fair relationship with them??
And if not for the sake of the relationship, do it for yourself! You're a human being - one with feelings, one that deserves to be treated with love and respect. This is obviously a major respect issue.
"Love" (whether the term is used lightly or not) is reciprocal; meaning, it's NOT just one-sided. I've always believed that if one truly holds an interest in another, they wouldn't WANT anyone else... because no one else in the WORLD would be able to even come CLOSE to COMPARING to them, and to what they have together, make sense?
Let me purpose a question: what's the point in giving your heart away to someone who isn't willing to give you theirs?

Pharmacies and Walmart will have exactly what you're looking for. You can actually find those items all year, when it comes to Walmart. Your most difficult challenge would be finding fake blue nails, though I'm shore it's doable. And if you can't seem to find it.. you could always apply 'regular' fake nails, and simply paint them.. :]

If this image is one you found online, right click it, go to "PROPERTIES", and copy all of it's "ADDRESS(URL)". What you've just copied is the URL to the image.
Now, if this image is something on your computer, you need to HOST it. You "host" something by going to: http://www.photobucket.com and SIGNING UP for a FREE account.
Then the page will refresh, and you should see a new page with an option to click on "BROWSE". Next, search your computer for the picture(s), and click "SUBMIT". Then the page will refresh yet again. You will see all/any images you happen to have on the new screen. Simply find the picture you want, and copy the PROVIDED URL in the top white slot.
However you went about getting the URL to the image, insert the URL where I instruct you to within the following HTML code:

Then you simply delete the TWO EMPTY spaces that separate the < and > from the rest of the code, make sense?

****EYE SHADOWS:
I always pick my eye shadow according to my outfit. I tend to go with a lot of light purples, mellow yellows, suttle pinks, and *TONS* of white; then I like to apply lots and lots of black eyeliner -- I find that really appreciates brown eyes. Here's a tip: to get your eyeshadow to last alllllllllll day, put some body lotion, or Petroleum Jelly on first, THEN apply the shadow. Also, there's this technique I ALWAYS do, called "Shadowing". It creates this AWESOME smokey affect!! You simply put on the color eye shadow you wish to wear, then using a bristle brush, dab a bit of gray eye shadow over it!! It's gorgeous; I *NEVER* leave the house without it!! And as for what BRAND of eye shadow, I've noticed any is fine, but Maybelline is best! ;D
****FOR MASCARA:
I recommend Maybelline's '3XL' - most amazing mascara I've ever come upon!! It adds GREAT volume, and REALLY lifts to curl! Another good one I use, is Maybelline's 'Sky High Curves'!
****FOR EYELINER:
When it comes to liquid eye liner or pencil eye liner, it's just a personal preference as to which we use. Certain things suit certain people. However, if you ask... chances are that most people will tell you that pencil is a better choice for them. It's a great start for a beginner who is just getting used to it. If you mess up, pencil is A WHOLE LOT easier to clean up and re-do than liquid is. Also, if you plan on carrying it around in a purse or pocket.. you risk the chance that the liquid may ruin [though I don't suggest carrying eye liner in your pocket]. If you DO mess it up, just take a tissue and slowly run it along the rim of your eye lid.. it'll come right up.
Now, the desired effect of eye liner is to create the illusion of darkness just above the lashline to enhance the look of the lashes. To apply it, gently hold your eye lid down, and start at the inner part of the lid [closest to your nose]. Then just simply draw a thin line smoothly and evenly along the top and bottom lid, getting as close to the lashes as possible. If it looks like there is a space between the liner and your lashes, then I guess you just have to thicken the line a bit. Or, if you'd rather have a very thin line, I guess you just have to try again. One last thing, make shore you draw the line all the way to the outside corner.
If you're still experiencing difficulties, don't get discourage. It will probably take some practice -- it took me a while at first too. Now, I have it down incredibly well!!
And as for products, I think the two best brands of eye liner out there are "Meryl Norman" and "Beautique". "Meryl Norman", which can only be purchased at "The Meryl Norman Cosmetic Studios", is pricey [typically $8.50 - $15.00], but it REALLY IS good stuff. It goes on wonderfully, and stays on all day! On the other hand... I happen to think that "Beautique" is INCREDIBLE!! However, I've ONLY seen "Beautique" at "Sally's". Good news though, it's only .99 cents. TRUST ME.. I would NEVER EVER EVER buy crap make up!!! I get only the best, so please, please, please, please DON'T let this dollar price throw you off - you'd be cheating yourself out of the best product out there!! I'd *PREFER* "Beautique" out of ANY other brand of eye liner on the market!! I could easily go out and buy a $15.00 pencil, but I'd RATHER get "Beautique"! "Beautique" glides on smoothly and REALLY LASTS ALLLLL DAY!!! I CAN NOT promote this item enough!! And if you still have doubts... for only .99 cents.. it's worth a shot!! [:

Well, getting an appropriate amount of sleep is an important thing, and be shore to drink plenty of water. Also, try applying cool cucumber slices or cool tea bags to the under-eye area, which helps to reduce swelling. I've also heard that placing a frozen spoon under your eye will minimize the dark circles. Personally, I've never done this, but I have seen it on movies, so you might as well give it a shot. To avoid drawing attention to your under-eye area, perhaps you should avoid the use of eye liner or mascara to your lower lashes. :D

I realize you asked this a good three weeks ago, and I'm sorrie for the delayed response. I figured I would throw my two cents in, for future aches. :)
You have many options here: It's well known that regular physical activity helps reduce the cramping in some women, so there's an idea. You could also try taking a warm bath and using aromatherapy. Applying a heating pad on your lower abdomen or back should do wonders. If you don't have a heating pad, you can make one by simply filling a sock with rice and heating it in the microwave for a few minutes [must sound silly, but if the cramps get bad enough, it just might be worth it]. Also, many women start taking pills around the clock from the time their cycle starts, until it ends. Any pain killer will do, but I reccommend Ibuprofen, Extra StRength Advil or Midol -- it's also best to take medication will a meal, that way the risk of stomach discomfort is slimmed. [:

If you're interested in getting him a store bought gift, try keepin' it simple. Spring for some posters, a leather jacket, nice cologne, a gift card, a nintendo system, or some DVD's.
Another possible suggestion... you could always make him a poster or a photo album. You could deck it out with markers, photographs, quotes and so on.
How about making him some sort of little quilt with protective clear pockets that you can insert pictures into, and take them out to wash easily?
You never mentioned any type of a budget, so perhaps you could take him to a fancy dinner?
Another option... you could MAKE him dinner!! If you're up to the challenge, you could try stuffed chicken breasts with potatoes of some sort with a fresh garden salad and sundaes for dessert! Ooooh, or LASAGNA!!
And if you wanna get creative, how 'bout you just go to the park?? Bring a blanket and some music! And pack a picnic lunch, which doesn't have to be difficult. It can consist of turkey sandwiches on slice bread, grapes, watermelon, pretzels, twinkies etc. And make shore you bring a crap load of bread to feed the duckies!!
And if not the park, how about some of these:
- Laserquest.
- Paintballing. [not heavily romantic, but still lighthearted and enjoyable - I find this idea to be very accetable.]
- Fair.
- Bowling would be awesome!!
- Roller skating.
- Ice Skating, is a nice twist on roller skating.
- Go-Karting.
- Mini-Golf - or even just the driving range would be super cool.
- Don't forget the ever popular and never out of style "catching a flick" at your closest cinema!!
- Beach.

They never disappear; they lighten though. And yes, there are some products that promise to lessen the visibility of stretch marks. There is a product called Strivectin, HOWEVER, it is VERY expensive, we're talking $115.00+. You can find more information about that at:
