I don't think it would make for a bad screen name, no. What I think when I read the lyrics is that they're saying this girl is very beautiful, and they find that to be a shame... because she's confined to a wheel chair. So it's saying she's ALMOST 'perfect', but she never will be... and that's a tradegy.. Make sense? I think so. :]

No, I don't find it's dissing yourself. However, it does mean "sadly beautiful". I do think "tragicly beautiful" is a cute screen name, though :)

No, it's just a screenname. A lot of people have artsy-sounding screennames like that. People even have screen names with words like Suicide and crap in them. They're either just emo, or they think it sounds cool.
