Why can't you go in the pool when you have your period?
when you have your period can you go in the pool? because like my mom said the cold water stops the flow... even if youre not wearing a pad or tampon?

you can go in the pool but you should still waer a tampon becasue it doesnt stop the flow all that way it just maks it go much slower...

I've never tried it, but I wouldn't chance it. Just wear a tampon. They're super comfortable and you can't feel them :)

That's an old wives tale. It is perfectly fine to go swimming while on your period, but you should wear a tampon while doing so. Pads and water do not mix.
