i actually had experience with that this weekend haha =) hmm..i'd say spontaneous is best. i guess the best way would be to lean into her slowly & kiss her. slow at first is good & then once you guys kiss for awhile then do w/e you want. kissing is kind've weird at first, but you'll get used to it & keep getting better as time goes on. practice makes perfect. hmm with your hands, either touch her face, back, arms, whatever it is. it's more difficult sitting down than standing up.

I am in Middle School, and as you know there is alot of drama. And I have this guy friend who I used to have a crush on..and my friend told him. So it got really awkward between us and then I told him that I only like him as a friend. Well we started talking again for a little while, and then it faded into just saying hi every once in a while, and now we dont even talk. I try to talk to him but he either gives me short answers or just pretends like he didnt hear me. He isnt acting like he is all mad at me because at first I didnt think he was. But then today my friend asked him why we never talk anymore, and its because he said that its all weird because I keep looking at him. Which I looked at him once and that was because i thought he was talking to me. But anyways so then I was really upset and so I told her that I hated him. And she told him and he said "Oh that sucks" and then walks away. As if he doesnt even care. Please, I really want some advice. I want to be friends with him more then anything. Well, thanks for your time.
if he doesn't care about you, you can't really do anything. try talking juss as friends. talk once in awhile & don't over do it. if you talk too much, he might get weirded out & not want to be friends with you. soo talk randomly. if he likes you, you'll probably know. until you guys build a better friendship, nothing will happen bf/gf wise. if he doesn't want to be your friend, you probably should move on & hang out with other guys instead of trying to go out with him even if he doesn't like you that way.

I am not very sure about how dieting works. For example, I need to eat 2200 daily to maintain the way I am right now, I know that. I also know that 3500 calories equals a pound.
I asked "If I ate 1500 calories in a day, does that mean I'm -700 calories?", but the person answered no, to lose weight I would have to start going under 2200 before it would work. Does that mean I have to eat like... 300 calories, and then burn off 400 to be -100? I'm so confused, and I would really like to know what to do.
okay calories are kind've confusing. if you're athletic, you're suppose to eat around 2200, so you're right. but if you don't do sports, running, physical activitiy you should be somewhere 2000 to maintain your weight. to lose weight, you should be around 1500. now this juss 'helps'. it isnt totally effective, because obviously you have to do other things. also, it isnt like 1500 of plain junk. it has to be healthier foods & you have to exercise so you can burn calories too. if that doesn't make sense, try googling it.

Is it normal to like more than one guy at a time, because i think i like this guy in one of my classes whos really cute and we have alot in common. then theres this guy whos a year younger than me who im really close friends with because of swimteam and hes just someone i talk to alot and sit next to him everyday on the bus and stuff lik that. then theres this other guy on my track team that i think i might like just because hes really nice to me and i dont really know but i just like having him around me all the time and flirting with him. totally normal. it juss means you like different things & different guys. it's fine liking more than one guy. juss try dating one guy at a time haha =) you juss need to figure out your feelings & see who you like the most & whos best for you right now. sort things out & talk to each of them about it.

you might need professional help. don't see that as a bad thing ya know?? it could really help you & cutting is really bad for you, so try getting some help. i know you don't want to make it 'public' but they keep things a secret & plus if you don't it'll juss get worse. cutting doesn't help fix your problems & you probably know that. you shouldn't cut yourself over that. things happen for a reason & the guys she date are probably juss not for you. it won't always be that way. it's probably juss now, because you guys are in school & what not. talk to someone about it. probably her. that'd help & try to get help for your cutting problem.

okay so everytime i try to send a picture to my email or someone else it never lets me it always says "cannot connect. set - up incomplete". which is wierd because i know for a fact i have internet and text messaging. any solutions?
it could be a whole bunch of things. try going to your company's website & see if its in the FAQ's. if not, call them & tell them about the whole email thing.

it should only take a few minutes. if it still doesn't work, then go on your phone & see if it's sent. it depends on your plan if it costs anything. it probably juss costs like a txt msg does, but if you have free txting er a certain amount it should be free.

believe it er not, guys are attracted to a girl's personality. if that makes sense. i mean like juss because you could be 'really pretty' er w/e & have a dull personality then they won't be interested that way. i'm not saying you do, but that could be a reason. if you're more outgoing, friendly, confident, etc etc then they'll be more attracted.

this is my second time trying to do cross country in school. last tiem i quit. how do i begin to practice for it so im prepared and dont quit again
running haha =) you should start by lightly jogging for about 20 minutes. pace yourself & start running too. try running for long periods so that your endurance is up. make sure you drink water to keep yourself hydrated though. practicing should always be a lot tougher than the actual meets themselves. that way the meets seem easier as you do them. basically the only thing you can do is run.

okay, i have three best friends. at least i thot they were my friends. im not really sure now. one of them will start toking to me and will be like hey blank, and blank (my other bffs.) are over. and ill be like oh, hey. in like a depressing voice because im sad they didnt invite me. theyll be like r you okay? y r you mad? ill be like um im fine. they dont ever invite me over but there always like oh i luv u so much! i dont know wut to do.
juss talk to them. they probably didn't mean to do it on purpose & if they did then they aren't your true friends. talk to them about it & see what you guys can work out. if you tell them it hurt you & stuff, maybe they'll plan more stuff with you & stuff.

Ever since I could remember I've been doing hundreds of repititions on my stomach every night. Recently, I tried adding a little bit of thigh work, and got results in just a few days, but I also lost some of my butt. I've always been happy with that, and I don't want to lose it but I'd also like to keep my thighs in better shape. Does anyone have any workouts that wouldn't make my butt shrink down, but could help my thighs be more muscular, or do the two kind of go hand in hand?

i've been going to this stupid school since i was in second grade... but i dont think that anyone has any idea just how much i hate it there! I hate that school SO MUCH! i feel like crying every day on my way over there. the tuition of the school is really expensive, but i have a scholarship of $132,000. i have no idea how i pulled that off because the curriculum is SO DIFFICULT! you get about 6 hours of homework every night, i get home at 8 every day. im not exaggerating. everyone is kinda mean and i don't have any friends there... we don't even have a cheerleading squad at my school, which is what i love to do. i feel so pressured there. i don't think anyone my age should feel this stressed with work. I've talked to my mom about this and told her everything i felt, and she won't take me out of there! i really want to go to this other school, where i DO have friends, there is a cheerleading squad, the tuition is less expensive, and i would be getting enough sleep...! the curriculum is challenging there, but it's not overworking me like it is here. i just don't understand why she won't let me go over there! i just wanna be happy... i dont want to go to this stupid school! i hate it here! my first year that i went there, this little girl threatened me.. and it turned into something really serious... and i know that its kind of going back.. but i'm just trying to show that its not exactly a warm welcome... and then in eighth grade, i had problems with this girl because i don't even know why. I'm a pretty good girl... meaning that i get good grades, i'm not a trouble-maker, i've never gotten in big trouble at school or anything, but i hate it there so much! i don't think anyone understand what it's like to go to a school where you have no friends, walk through a hallway where everyone is pushing and shoving you... and whenever i wear make-up to school, people get it with me... i just don't undertand...! can sum1 please give me some advice.. please!!! i'd appreciate it... really!
going to a school you dislike is annoying, but i kind've can see why your mom won't take you out. the school is probably good learning wise & you have to remember that's what you're there for. she probably juss doesn't want you to mess up your future. i mean, i know a great part of school is the whole social thing, homework, etc etc. but homework actually helps you. yes its a pain in the butt to do, but really, you're there to learn & that's probably what she thinks is best. you shouldn't hate going there so much, so yes that's a bit of a problem. maybe you can try talking to your mom again & tell her that you really really want to change. being happy is a big part of it too, because you're basically at school most of your day. if you try talking to your mom a bunch of times maybe she'll let you, but if not then you can't really do anything. she's probably juss thinking about your education, not really the other parts of it.

okay first, your parents probably do trust you, but sometimes they think "peer pressure, especially alcohol wise, can do a lot on their teen. i think you should show them that you are totally responsible & you juss really want to go. maybe your friend can sit down & talk to them about it er they can talk to her parents. if they find out a lot of information on it & details, you'd probably be able to go. about the other girl, i wouldn't bring it up too much. either she forgot er changed her mind. leave it up to her so more drama doesn't come up. plus if she's ignoring it for a reason & you bring it up, you wouldn't want to go with someone that didn't want to in the first place, ya know?? so juss try talking to your parents about it & maybe your friend can talk to them too about the trip. whatever they decide, juss try staying respectful about it so that you don't get in trouble for "being mean" to them er anything.

ipods are really cool & worth the $.
ipod nano er ipod video. they're the best ones & they come in either white er black. i have the ipod nano & it works good. it cost around $200, but the video costs a bit more. you can get different GB for different songs. either 500, 1000 for ipod nano & the ipod video holds over 2,000.
off ebay, probably somewhere around $100.
if you want an ipod, look for cases. they scratch easily & maybe some extra headphones er holders. accessories for ipods would be good.
ipods are definately worth the $ like i said before. they're great & can hold a lot of songs.

My boyfriends birthday is in a couple days and he made my birthday absolutely AMAZING beyond belief so i wanna try to make his special for him.. i'm not really sure what to do though.
