I don't really have an answer for you. My conclusion: AIM is dumb, and it is my opinion that there was a ton of glitches and stupidity involved in it's creation. I've noticed it happens more when they're already on your 'Block' list. To my surprise, I was able to warn someone tonight. Of course, no higher than 20%. Isn't it lame how IF you get LUCKY ENOUGH to dish out a warning, they won't let you exceed 20% anymore?? :/

I think it's fine to begin "dating" around 13-14. I can tell you that ALMOST all relationships at 13 will NOT last forever. To be truthful, 2-3 months would be impressive! Sometimes a relationship at 13 isn't worth the heartache, in the grand scheme of things. On the other hand, they're all great learning experiences, and learning experiences are irreplaceable, as are childhood memories. :D (17, Female)

Put a couple of images together to form a collage, using Windows Paint Program. Then, host it.
You "host" something by going to: http://www.photobucket.com and SIGNING UP for a FREE account.
Then the page will refresh, and you should see a new page with an option to click on "BROWSE". Next, search your computer for the picture(s), and click "SUBMIT". Then the page will refresh yet again. You will see all/any images you happen to have on the new screen. Simply find the picture you want, and copy the PROVIDED URL in the top white slot.
Next, paste that URL in your "URL OF A PICTURE OF YOU" slot, on your "PROFILE SETTINGS" page.
It may sound difficult, but it's actually super easy. :D

I think it's quite possible to be in "love" at such as age as 14, yes. However, it is my opinion that the word "love" is ridiculously thrown around these days to describe vast amounts of lust, and even sometimes a simple preteen crush. To further answer your question, I don't believe "love" has any barriers, but I don't think it's as common as people make it out to be. Needless to say, no one else possess the power to feel FOR you, so you're going to have to trust your own judgement here. [:

As far as mascara goes, I recommend Maybelline's '3XL' - most amazing mascara I've ever come upon!! It adds GREAT volume, and REALLY lifts to curl! Another good one I use, is Maybelline's 'Sky High Curves'!
And with eye liner: when it comes to liquid eye liner or pencil eye liner, it's just a personal preference as to which we use. Certain things suit certain people. However, if you ask... chances are that most people will tell you that pencil is a better choice for them. It's a great start for a beginner who is just getting used to it. If you mess up, pencil is A WHOLE LOT easier to clean up and re-do than liquid is. Also, if you plan on carrying it around in a purse or pocket.. you risk the chance that the liquid may ruin [though I don't suggest carrying eye liner in your pocket]. If you DO mess it up, just take a tissue and slowly run it along the rim of your eye lid.. it'll come right up.
Now, the desired effect of eye liner is to create the illusion of darkness just above the lashline to enhance the look of the lashes. To apply it, gently hold your eye lid down, and start at the inner part of the lid [closest to your nose]. Then just simply draw a thin line smoothly and evenly along the top and bottom lid, getting as close to the lashes as possible. If it looks like there is a space between the liner and your lashes, then I guess you just have to thicken the line a bit. Or, if you'd rather have a very thin line, I guess you just have to try again. One last thing, make shore you draw the line all the way to the outside corner.
If you're still experiencing difficulties, don't get discourage. It will probably take some practice -- it took me a while at first too. Now, I have it down incredibly well!!
And as for products, I think the two best brands of eye liner out there are "Meryl Norman" and "Beautique". "Meryl Norman", which can only be purchased at "The Meryl Norman Cosmetic Studios", is pricey [typically $8.50 - $15.00], but it REALLY IS good stuff. It goes on wonderfully, and stays on all day! On the other hand... I happen to think that "Beautique" is INCREDIBLE!! However, I've ONLY seen "Beautique" at "Sally's". Good news though, it's only .99 cents. TRUST ME.. I would NEVER EVER EVER buy crap make up!!! I get only the best, so please, please, please, please DON'T let this dollar price throw you off - you'd be cheating yourself out of the best product out there!! I'd *PREFER* "Beautique" out of ANY other brand of eye liner on the market!! I could easily go out and buy a $15.00 pencil, but I'd RATHER get "Beautique"! "Beautique" glides on smoothly and REALLY LASTS ALLLLL DAY!!! I CAN NOT promote this item enough!! And if you still have doubts... for only .99 cents.. it's worth a shot!! [:

You have many options here: It's well known that regular physical activity helps reduce cramping, so there's an idea. You could also try taking a warm bath and using aromatherapy. Applying a heating pad on your lower abdomen or back should do wonders. If you don't have a heating pad, you can make one by simply filling a sock with rice and heating it in the microwave for a few minutes [must sound silly, but if the cramps get bad enough, it just might be worth it]. Also, have you been taking medication? Are you female? Many women start taking pills around the clock from the time their cycle starts, until it ends. Any pain killer will do, but I reccommend Ibuprofen, Extra Strength Advil or Midol -- it's also best to take medication will a meal, that way the risk of stomach discomfort is slimmed. A week is a prettie long time. If this persists, I suggest telling a parent, if possible.. [:
