Try to go to a website like www.redcross.org because they have the states nationally where you can get it.

Call the nearest chapter of Red Cross (Find it a www.redcross.org, I think...), and go in for babysitter's training.

Hm. Good question. I'm not entirely sure if the websites I've managed to come up with will be of great help, but I tried:

My Father is trying to earn a state license, and he went to Town Hall for a copy of the book, which contains notes, information, and regulations. I suggest doing this, if possible. Other than that, I'm sort of thrown for a loop. Goodluck on this; hopefully those websites were a help? :]
