♥[?]♥ yesterday there was a trojan going around through aim that if you got it it would send it to everyone on your buddy list with the im saying 'how do i look' with a link and i clicked the link and now i have the trojan. i then ran a spy sweeper sweep and it found traces that it removed but the trojan is still there, i can see it on windows task mangager. i also know what the file is and where it is so i deleted the floder but it keeps reappearing and i even searched the folder with spy sweeper and it came up empty but i kno thats it because spy sweeper keeps saything theres two new threats and when i click details i get the location but it wont go away. i also cleaned out my internet files but nothing is helping so will someone please tell me what to do?? please dont say call a person.

Once deleted, you can sign right back on. It's SPECIFICALLY an **AIM** virus detector; meant to detect EVERY one!! I've used it before, and it always fixed my problem.

Masturbation isn't a source to blame here. This is a personal matter, and everybody is different. I can tell you that just because you are a 13 year old female who has not yet began her cycle.. does NOT make something wrong with you. People start at all different ages, and not having your period by 13 is perfectly healthy, not to mention very common. If you reach the age of 16/17 and still have not started, THEN would be the time to seek some medical attention. Until then, don't sweat it.. :)

Well, it seems you've been getting a lot of exercise lately, and that's always a good thing. The important thing to remember is that muscle weighs more than fat. Now, I know you mentioned you're seeing the weight gain on your stomach directly, so I hope that's really all you're freaking out about.. and not the numbers on some scale.
A few good activities that can simply assist in porportioning the body in it's ENTIRTY would be anything that gets the blood circulation goin', such as: jogging, jumping jacks, jumping rope, walking, and bicycle riding. Also, if you have access to a heated pool, water aerobics work like a charm!!
And if you'd like to target your tummie specifically, try doing a couple hundred sit ups or crunches. I know, I know, I know.. "a couple hundred" SEEMS like a lot. However, if you break it up into sessions, it's really not that difficult.

Also, you're absolutely right, eating properly is a humongous part of this. I would not suggest "throwing up". That would be insanely unwise. It may appear that you're slimming down and bettering your body, but you're really only destroying yourself from the inside out. Excessive vomiting (such as Bulimia) can cause tooth decay, kidney failure, mood swings, loss of menstrual cycle (which could VERY possibly damage your ability to EVER bear children), and so. The proper way to go about weight loss is just to eat right. I'm not completely sure what to do in this situation, unfortunately. The only thing I can think of is to stay off of it, as much as possible! I'm assuming I wouldn't have to suggest pain medicine, correct? Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Mortrin, Extra-Strength Advil, as so on. Also, I think it'd be a good idea to keep it elevated, to prevent any swelling that might occur. To keep it elevated, you can just lay on your bed with a couple of pillows stacked under the knee to prop it up.
I suggest to just take it easy, until told otherwise from your doctor. :] Feel better!!

To tone your butt and thighs, do leg lifts. To do these, stand up straight, and slowly move your leg -ONLY YOUR LEG- backwards. Like, say you're going to kick something, but kick BARKWARDS, and DON'T BEND YOUR KNEES!! Make sense???
To tone your arms, take two dum bells [whatever weight works for you]. Put one in each arm, and stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bring the dum bells up to your chest with your elbows folded out [like Tarzan pounding his chest-sort of motion, ya know?] Then at a MEDIUM speed... extend your arms out to the side, and slowly bring them back in. You can do two at a time to help balance the strength build up and toning, or do one at a time if it's easier. THIS DOES CUH-RRRRAZZIIEEEEEEE AMOUNTS OF MIRCALE!!!!!!!!!! If you do it for at least 20 minutes a day you'll see a GIGANTIC difference in a week, TOPS. I do them all the time; it's fun!!

Nobody deserves to ever have this type of notion about themselves - it's just awful! :[ And if it's any consolation, I'm sure you're being much too hard on yourself. I bet you're a gorgeous girl! :D
Also, I realize you submitted this question quite some time ago now. I apologize for my delayed response, but I figure it's better late than never. Hopefully you can still find some use in what I have to say.
And as far as your hair goes, I'm not the greatest in that department! I say experimenting until you find something you like, would be your best bet. Also, each time you get your hair cut/done/styled, I suggest asking the stylist for their opinion of products that would be most suitable for you.
And now onto make up. I see that was a big portion of your question. And boy oh boy, do I have a whole lot to say about that. Before I begin, let me start off by saying that I haven't a clue what "that side hair cut" is, but I assure you that my make up routine looks good on many and all hair styles! Not to worrie - make up is my passion; I take it very seriously!!! Now, I have fairly tan skin, huge brown eyes and dark brown hair..(just so ya know, but judging from your description, I still say you'll look just fine with my recommendations).
****FOR FOUNDATION:
I use Covergirl, and I couldn't be more satisfied with it!! It's great, at a good price, and comes in 3958625869 shades, so you're BOUND to find one to fit your skin tone!!!

****EYE SHADOWS:
I always pick my eye shadow according to my outfit. I tend to go with a lot of light purples, mellow yellows, suttle pinks, and *TONS* of white; then I like to apply lots and lots of black eyeliner -- I find that really appreciates brown eyes. Here's a tip: to get your eyeshadow to last alllllllllll day, put some body lotion, or Petroleum Jelly on first, THEN apply the shadow. Also, there's this technique I ALWAYS do, called "Shadowing". It creates this AWESOME smokey affect!! You simply put on the color eye shadow you wish to wear, then using a bristle brush, dab a bit of gray eye shadow over it!! It's gorgeous; I *NEVER* leave the house without it!! And as for what BRAND of eye shadow, I've noticed any is fine, but Maybelline is best! ;D
****FOR MASCARA:
I recommend Maybelline's '3XL' - most amazing mascara I've ever come upon!! It adds GREAT volume, and REALLY lifts to curl! Another good one I use, is Maybelline's 'Sky High Curves'!

However, if you ask... chances are that most people will tell you that pencil is a better choice for them. It's a great start for a beginner who is just getting used to it. If you mess up, pencil is A WHOLE LOT easier to clean up and re-do than liquid is. Also, if you plan on carrying it around in a purse or pocket.. you risk the chance that the liquid may ruin [though I don't suggest carrying eye liner in your pocket]. If you DO mess it up, just take a tissue and slowly run it along the rim of your eye lid.. it'll come right up.
Now, the desired effect of eye liner is to create the illusion of darkness just above the lashline to enhance the look of the lashes. To apply it, gently hold your eye lid down, and start at the inner part of the lid [closest to your nose]. Then just simply draw a thin line smoothly and evenly along the top and bottom lid, getting as close to the lashes as possible. If it looks like there is a space between the liner and your lashes, then I guess you just have to thicken the line a bit. Or, if you'd rather have a very thin line, I guess you just have to try again. One last thing, make shore you draw the line all the way to the outside corner.
If you're still experiencing difficulties, don't get discourage. It will probably take some practice -- it took me a while at first too. Now, I have it down incredibly well!!
And as for products, I think the two best brands of eye liner out there are "Meryl Norman" and "Beautique". "Meryl Norman", which can only be purchased at "The Meryl Norman Cosmetic Studios", is pricey [typically $8.50 - $15.00], but it REALLY IS good stuff. It goes on wonderfully, and stays on all day! On the other hand... I happen to think that "Beautique" is INCREDIBLE!! However, I've ONLY seen "Beautique" at "Sally's". Good news though, it's only .99 cents. TRUST ME.. I would NEVER EVER EVER buy crap make up!!! I get only the best, so please, please, please, please DON'T let this dollar price throw you off - you'd be cheating yourself out of the best product out there!! I'd *PREFER* "Beautique" out of ANY other brand of eye liner on the market!! I could easily go out and buy a $15.00 pencil, but I'd RATHER get "Beautique"! "Beautique" glides on smoothly and REALLY LASTS ALLLLL DAY!!! I CAN NOT promote this item enough!! And if you still have doubts... for only .99 cents.. it's worth a shot!! [:

I would NEVER EVER EVER buy crap make up!!! I get only the best, so please, please, please, please DON'T let this dollar price throw you off - you'd be cheating yourself out of the best product out there!! I'd *PREFER* "Beautique" out of ANY other brand of eye liner on the market!! I could easily go out and buy a $15.00 pencil, but I'd RATHER get "Beautique"! Another thing to consider: have you been really stressed lately?? Stress is another reason someone might skip their cycle.
Also, eating disorders can cause this, definitely. What happens is, when a female is eating very little and getting thinner and thinner, Amenorrhea [the medical term for no periods] might set it.
Here's a thought for ya: an imbalance in some hormone levels can also lead to missed cycles or irregular bleeding.
