Well, getting an appropriate amount of sleep is an important thing, and be shore to drink plenty of water. Also, try applying cool cucumber slices or cool tea bags to the under-eye area, which helps to reduce swelling. I've also heard that placing a frozen spoon under your eye will minimize the dark circles. Personally, I've never done this, but I have seen it on movies, so you might as well give it a shot. To avoid drawing attention to your under-eye area, perhaps you should avoid the use of eye liner or mascara to your lower lashes. :D

Try using a liquid foundation to cover them up as best as you can. [Use it on the rest off your face too, of course.] Get a matching POWDER foundation in the same kind, and use that after the liquid foundation. That should blend the two foundations, and cover up the dark circles a little more.

I suggest Mary-Kay, or also Mabeline. [They both have liquid and powder foundations that you can get in the same color.]

vickiooos answered Monday August 1 2005, 10:47 pm:
there's certain creams that supermodels and such use to get rid of those circles. you can go up to any department and ask them over the counter for the name of it. i don't use much "make up products" so i wouldn't be able to give you a specific name.

i sometimes have that problem too, and i get alot of sleep occasionally. your eyes just need to be awaken, so try putting a cold, damp rag or towel or something over them for a few minutes.

it also works on blotchy, or swollen eyes (like from after crying). i use to get into fights all the time with my mom and end up crying at night and in the morning my eyes looked funky lol.

Gosh, I've been trying to answer this question for the past 10 minutes but I couldn't remember the name of the product! But I found it =)

You can find it at Macys. It's called Hylexin. Let me tell you, this stuff WORKS. My mom and I share it and it works SO good. Only down side.. It's INSANELY expensive ($95.00) I also found a few other name-brand products that work almost as good, but aren't as expensive: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

If you look at a few of those and just search around you may find something that is suitable for your price range and won't make a huge dent in your budget. They suck don't they? Especially when they're puffy and they make you look SO tired! Good luck with everything.
