This may not be what you're wanting to hear, but I suggest asking them. I've always thought that if there's someone you find yourself having an interest in, the most productive thing to do is approach them. Just be bold, be honest, and go for it. It's the *ONLY* way to know for sure if he likes you or not; you can *ASSUME* he does/n't all you want... but you'll never know exactly how he feels unless it's coming straight from his lovely lips! Become their friend and maybe go out with them. Maybe they actually like you, or maybe the only reason that they don't like you is because they don't know you. Or they are just not really mature enough to be into "liking" people at this point.

Hint to them that you like them. If they like you back they will probably do the same thing because they are too shy. Or, if you are not embaressed just ask him/her.

Well you can't make someone like you. Stay a friend to them and maybe eventually they'll realize what you have to offer and begin to like you. I know it's not that great of a feeling to like someone and not have them like you back. But just be a friend is all you can do at the moment. Feelings can change in a matter of time.

Well, this is a very popular predicament. I would suggest you try to attract them to you by all means necessary, or find someone who's worth you're time and who you deserve. Don't waste you're time on someone who doesn't like you because if they don't realize what I'm sure they are missing out on, forget them. Hope it helps, good luck. :)
