ive had my belly button pierced twice, but both times the piercing was rejected. i found out it was probably due to a nickel allergy and i should get it pierced with titanium or gold because its nickel-free. when i went to get it repierced they wouldnt do it because of all the scar tissue, so how can i get rid of it? they told me to try back in about 6 months. this was in august. i heard vitamin e oil was good for it, but im looking for any other suggestions. and does anyone know if they would be able to pierce behind the scar? because it isnt very deep. thank you!

Vit E oil can help.. and bio oil etc. Try them. But your piercer is right - you should give it alot of healing time.
You definitely CAN, however, still be pierced over the scar tissue, but I'm warning you, it will hurt more and could be harder to care for. They probably didn't want to do it because they didn't want to be blamed for that.
So if you really want it.. go somewhere else.

what does getting your ears pierced feel like?

It's hard to say. What can feel like a pin prick to me could feel like a massive jab to you. Vice versa.
I suggest you go with the needle over the gun though (All reputable piercing studios don't use guns. I'm not talking about Claire's etc because that is not a piercing studio..)
Guns FORCE the earring into your ear causing it to RIP through your skin making unnecessary damage.
Needles have the best placement and won't cause further damage - you can also be sure they're 100% sterilized, too. :)

ok. here's the deal:: my little sister got a guitar for xmas so my mother had my exboyfriend (though she doesn't know we dated) come over and give her a lesson after school. Mom basically told me to stay out of the lesson (which was kinda hard to do since they were sitting in the living room) so I talked to people on AIM blah blah blah. ANYWAY I got hungry so i went into the kitchen. well, the way my house is set up, i had to walk past them in the living room. so, once i got into the kitchen my ex started playing his guitar and goes "hey, ________(name withheld), its your favorite song" and the way he looked at me just made me think ok, what the hell is going on and what is he up to. (i can't believe he even remembered that it was my favorite!) the last time we dated, he cheated on me with my cousin/best friend. some how my cousin/best friend found out about how he was at my house and that he said that so she's getting all pissy 'cause she thinks he wants to hook back up with me. (which is absolutely ridiculous; he cheated on me with her not the other way around.) but i've been thinking about it a lot and i'm thinking maybe there is something going on and i honestly don't know what to do. if you have any idea what is going on or what i should do please please please help me. it'd be greatly appreciated.

That's not good enough evidence to come to such a far fetched conclusion.
It's not hard to remember someone's favourite song.
If you're asking whether he still likes you, only he will know - nobody on this website. So if you want to find out, you can either start talking to him more.. or just ask, basically.
How do you feel about him? Are any feelings still there? Despite him cheating on you with you cousin who is your BEST friend?
Give things some time. Then you will see things clearer.

so i am 15f and i get car sick REALLY easily...which is inconvienient because i am on a regional volleyball team in Arizona,and i have to travel by bus ALOT...I dont know what to do! Look for travel bands. They press the pressure points on your wrists and there are no side effects.

There are also plenty of remedies here and lots of tips you should look at.

Don't be silly! It won't change anything. It just means you weren't comfortable enough to do it. He should understand.
If it makes you feel better, you can talk to him about it and apologize. and tell him you'll do it when you're ready. :)

are thongs uncomfortable? would it be better to wear boy shorts or thongs to not have the lining of your underwear show up when you are wearing pants? i dont understand how anyone would ever get used to having a string there.

That's just it - you do get used to it.
Might feel uncomfortable if you're not familiar with them at first.
Not everyone likes them, so wear what makes you feel better.
As for the lining showing up.. it depends on the pants. Thongs obviously wouldn't show as much.. but you might still be able to see the outline of them depending what you wear them with.

1. The same way you'd get anyone to like you. Tomboys aren't different when it comes to that. If anything, they'd probably be happy someone is interested. Just talk to her and get to know her. Things go from there.
2. A definition of a tomboy is:
"A girl who dresses and sometimes behaves the way boys are expected to, often into more masculine things like "stronger" sports, computers, or cars. Stereotypically wears jeans, baseball caps, and denim vests/jackets. Often brought up with a lot of brothers or a child of a single father."

So I believe there is only one proper type on tomboy. Sure, some girls might like "boyish" things, but they could still be a girl at heart and dress girly.

i have really dry hair and it wasnt like this before.i want to know what i can do to make it smooth as before or at least less dry.like what are good products or even any like home remedies.

Go out and purchase:
*Nourishing shampoo for dry/damaged hair.
*Conditioner for dry/damaged hair.
*A mask for your hair which you can apply every week/2 weeks/month depending on the dryness of your hair. (I use one with coconut oil in because it conditions very well making it smoother and more manageable)
They're not even expensive. Just have a decent look around next time you're out shopping for products which match your hair type and are in your price range.

As for other things you can do to help, here are a few tips, including home remedies:
*If you wash your hair daily - don't. You're stripping your hair of it's natural oils and that will only make it dryer.
*Using mayonnaise works as a conditioner. I haven't personally tried this but I know it's a fact if you leave it on no longer than an hour, it helps alot.
*Spraying beer on your hair after you've shampooed and conditioned will also work. Again, I haven't tried this but read alot about it. The smell also goes once it's dried.
*Same goes for massaging 2 egg yolks into your hair, then rinsing.
*If you use straighteners/hair dryers, put hair protector on first.
*Get the ends of your hair trimmed.
*Eat well. Get all your daily vitamins.

one of my best friends has a girlfriend that i think is fake. He wont answer any questions about her like if i say "How did you guys meet?" hell say "Bee quiet!" or if i say "I think i know her whats her last name?" hell say "NOne of your business shes form out of town". and you get the picture, i dont understand were really good friends. Also he hsant told any of his other friends about this. except me, so i dont know if hes lying or not. Because every time i bring her up, he either snaps at me, doesn't answer me, or changes the subject. Im really confused here. I know him, if he really had a girlfriend, everyone whould know about it!!

Well there are only 2 decent theories and you know them anyway.
1. It's all a load of crap.
2. He just doesn't want to tell you about her.

What to do?
Nothing. If he wants to make up junk - let him.
If he doesn't want to tell you about her - fine.
If he actually is lying, he will soon get bored of it if you don't show any interest. Don't ask him about her or anything. See if it makes him talk to you freely about her.. or admit he's lying.

Why would a guy/group of guys start talking to you for no reason?

They're being polite
They want to be friends
They may like you
etc.
Just because they're guys doesn't mean they can't strike up a conversation.

Viewing private profiles if you aren't friends with them totally defeats the purpose of having a private profile... It's for security measures because MySpace has underage users.
Although, you COULD view private profiles in the past. MySpace found out about this and yep, you guessed it, now you can't.

Nonsense. It doesn't have to be always caused through sex etc y'know.. which leads me to ask, are you sexually active?
Anyway, it's fairly common and could be any of the following, plus more:
Infection (sexually transmitted or not), wearing tight pants, being too rough (if you're sexually active), cyst, irritation/allergic reaction etc....
Now, I'm not a doc and I don't believe anyone here is. So if it doesn't settle down in, say, a week, you may need medication.
Take warm baths to help ease it.

Everyone has a different pain tolerance.. but earlobes are probably the least painful piercing there is.
Don't worry about it.. it only stings for a few seconds afterwards.
Why does it hurt? Well, you are forcing a needle through your skin and placing a foreign object inside it. So it's bound to hurt at least a little :P

You can edit fonts/colours/etc of the headings by adding the html after it's already generated the code for you.
If you aren't good with html, there's basic ones on that site.

How do you keep it secret anyway? Maybe she already knows but is saving you the "embarrassment"?
If not, just find a way to tell her.
"Mum, where do you keep the pads/tampons" - she'll soon catch on to what you're saying.

ok I use to wear preppy clothes and a lot of pink last year and now that i am in highschool i like black t-shirts and skiny jeans. Like half of my clothes are preppy and half are punk rockerish. I wear more eyeliner and I am starting to like punk rocker guys. But I still act a little preppy and i still love pink. What is my style or am i just a mix of styles?
