sore on labia minora..please help me! so nervous!

im 16/f. yesterday i noticed that my left labia minora looked bigger than usual and it began getting very sensitive to touch. there hasn't been any blistering yet or anything. just sore. i can't tell my mom because she would go crazy. if anyone has an info please help me! it would really help me out a lot. thanks in advance.<3

She would go crazy over you having a medical problem?
Nonsense. It doesn't have to be always caused through sex etc y'know.. which leads me to ask, are you sexually active?
Anyway, it's fairly common and could be any of the following, plus more:
Infection (sexually transmitted or not), wearing tight pants, being too rough (if you're sexually active), cyst, irritation/allergic reaction etc....
Now, I'm not a doc and I don't believe anyone here is. So if it doesn't settle down in, say, a week, you may need medication.
Take warm baths to help ease it.
