guys kissing.

Question Posted Monday January 7 2008, 10:47 pm

i would prefer answers from guys, but girls can answer too...

i recently heard that if a guy has his eyes open while he's kissing, it means he's thinking about something other than the person he's kissing. is this true? just curious. thanks.

I don't see how a guy can be kissing you, looking right at you so closely, and be thinking of, say, football, or something.
Maybe his eyes are open because he wants to see who his lips are attached to?
Contrary to popular female belief, guys aren't complex creatures like we are. They don't have all this inner meaning, read between the lines, read my mind stuff like we tend to have.
We confuse them about us, and we confuse ourselves about them.

I'm a girl.. but I don't believe it's true.
Unless of course the guy isn't into the girl at all.
Sometimes I open my eyes and I'm not thinking of anything else, so...

I don't think it's true. I sometimes don't close my eyes and I'm thinking of him. It doesn't mean anything. Some people kiss with their eyes closed or open.. it's just how they are. Some people also keep their eyes half open when they kiss. I do that sometimes to see if my boyfriend is enjoying the kiss. XD There are moments when people do think of something else than the person.. because the time you are kissing [making out] your mind tends to wander but it doesn't mean he's fantasying about someone else.

Nope, not true at all. At least in my opinion.
I used to think that if their eyes were open they weren't focused, or thinking about someone else. Your mind can wander regardless of what your eyes are doing, and having them opened or closed doesn't make a difference really. Also keep in mind that some people can't close their eyes all the way, haha.

Besides, how do you know if their eyes are open? Yours would have to be open to, eh? And they're probably thinking/worrying the same thing! =P
