Well, first. If you think you have a bacterial infection down-below, you need to tell your mother. Not all bacterial infections can be serious, but some can. To treat most infections like yeast infections, you need to have a prescribed cream that you put into your vagina, or oral medicine. Symptoms of a yeast infection are; Itching & Burning around the vagina, a white discharge that may look like cottage cheese, pain during sexual intercourse, & swelling of the vulva.
To prevent yourself from getting another yeast infection if it is one;
- Don't wear tight-fitting clothes.
- Wear cotton panties.
- Don't wear tights much.
- Use a blow dryer when drying down-below. (;
- Wipe from front to back after using the toilet.
- DO NOT douche or use sprays to help avoid smells, deoderent sanitary pads/tampons.
- Don't use bubble bath when taking a bath.
- Avoid using colored or perfumed toilet paper.
Causes of yeast infections are;
- Sexual transmission.
- Injury to your vulva or vaginal membranes.
- Horomones.
- Changes in your diet.
- Condoms [Using certain lubricants during sexual intercourse.]
- Clothing, (tight fitting clothes)
- Antibiotics.
I'd also suggest trying to drink LOADS of water & cranberry juice. Because, both of them can really help when it comes to bacterial infections. :)

Sometimes girls are shy. Like myself, if my boyfriend (if I had one :() were to do something unexpected like that, I would seriously freak out. Him being my boyfriend should know how I would feel when he does certain things, and for you to do that is totally out of order. In the same sense, you need to write her a letter and tell her how much you love her & how sorry you are for putting your hands down her pants. Tell her that you only wanted her to be comfortable around you, and you didn't know how she'd react to it. :)
Where did you hear that your period stops when your in water? That is NOT true. It may slow up a bit, but it does not completely stop. When you find proof, then please post it for everyone!

I'm aware that your period doesn't STOP when you go in the water. But, you don't bleed when you're in water, honestly try it. There isn't anything on the internet about this, so I can't really show you proof, because doing this is EXTREMELY unhealthy. I'm sorry if you took it in the wrong way, or if I was confusing. But, your period doesn't stop, but you don't bleed. :)
this is what happened..
an hour and 10 minutes ago my phone rang and my caller ID said it was my boyfriend so i was all excited and im like 'hayy' and my 'friend' answers so im like what? She goes 'hey its ***** im at the mall with *my boyfriends name* ahahhaahahhaha ok bye' im like what the hell that was really mean and i start hysterically crying.
so i call my boyfriends phone and she answers nd im crying nd im like 'can i talk to *my boyfriends name*' and shes like 'why are you pist' nd im like 'because you call me and your like 'oh yea were at the mall and im with *my boyfriends name* and your not haha'

i was crying for so long. this is soo horrible! what should i do? and he always says to me 'what are you doing later/tomorrow want to hang out?' and im always like 'yeah' but we never wind up doing anything and now he goes to the mall with my best friends and he doesnt invite me, neither do me so called 'bffs'. im so effing upset right now. any advice? anything at all. oh and if you dont have anything nice to say dont say anything at all'

First of all you need to settle down. I know that this is a hard thing to go through because you have people ganging up against you and you don't even know why, but seriously, calm down.
Secondly, why do YOU think that they would do this? Did you do something to them? Or is there any reason that they would even think about not inviting you to the mall, or making your boyfriend turn against you?
Now, don't ever answer the phone. EVER! No matter who, your "boyfriend" or "friends" (that were at the mall.) Don't call them, or anything. Honestly I'm trying to put myself in your shoes, and I know that it seems like a bad idea, and you don't want to stop talking to your friends, but honestly if they're willing to go THAT far, with a "joke" they aren't worth anything.
Until you've stopped crying, then you can answer the phone, but until then just sleep and do whatever you do. :)

Well this is sorta like what I had to do, to meet people. :) Maybe you could just randomly go up to him one day, when you see him in school/outside of school or like when you're walking down the street and you see him. Just go up to him and compliment something about him. Just be like, "hey, I like your shoes" or "I like your t-shirt, they're my favorite band" or whatever. Or you could just randomly go up to him, and say, "Hey, I never realized you lived so close to me, I see you around school all the time, what's your name?"
so. this was my first year in high school and in public school. i was "shy" and quiet in class. I did make soem friends though. It just feels like in school all the girls look the same and than u have me who has my own style and stuff. People are saying im "weird" and making up rumors just because i stick out. Of course you are! I love people that are unique, and that stand away from everyone else. You aren't trying to be something you're not, you're just being yourself. & It takes balls for someone to do that! im 14f. i started my period last year and i use pads. i tried using a tampon once and it didnt work out. it felt weird. i like to go swimming and im on my period now nad my best friends b-day party is in 2 days at a holiday inn and we will be swimming. what should i do?!?
You don't have to use tampons when you're in the water. Because, when you're in the water you don't bleed. It might seem gross, but honestly so many people do it :) & it doesn't matter if no one finds out about it!! Just make sure that when you get out of the water it's only for like 10 minutes, because that's when your flow starts again, it'll only last like 10 mins, and if that happens just wrap a blanket around yourself if you're eating or something, and then jump in the pool right away so people don't notice that you're bleeding. You could wear a small pantyliner in your bikini thing if you want, it's not like anybody will know that you have one on!! :) It'll stop the bleeding if you stay out of the pool for a certain amount of time. hehe. Or, if you want to try and start using tampons, try this website out:

I was in the same exact situation as you, before I moved. I had a best friend, named Charles & we were best friends since 2nd grade, onwards through right now (we're sophmores) and I started liking him in 5th grade, but I never dated him because we were like best friends, and I didn't want to like dent our relationship if we broke up or something of that sort you know? Long distance relationships are really hard, and I've encountered one, too. I didn't mind it, because I knew that I was being faithful towards him, and I THOUGHT he was being faithful towards me, because I trusted him with everything I had, but he found a new girlfriend, one that actually lived in the same state as him, that he could see all the time. =[ I suggest long distance relationships for some couples though, because if you have a STRONG FIRM relationship, then it doesn't matter how far you two live apart, all that matters if that you have each other. If he asks you out, simply say no. Say you don't think a long distance relationship would work out, but you want to stay close with him because he means so much to you.
