That's okay, your period sort of stops when you're in the water. It's hard to explain but yeah, just make sure you put your pants on RIGHT when you get out of the water. But for some reason when you're underwater no blood comes out. Neat, huh? ]
buy a box of tampons and there will be instructions in the box. try putting them in a couple times while sitting in different positions. make sure you point it towards your but.try putting your foot up on the toliet seat while doing it, or squat on the floor.hope i helped XoXo ]
try to ask your mom for help, tell her to help you put it in. ]
try it again...read and understand the directions before you put it in. the first couple times it will be weird but it's worth it... no joke! you can go without but if you really want to enjoy yourself, get a box of them and try and try again. <3 ]
You don't have to use tampons when you're in the water. Because, when you're in the water you don't bleed. It might seem gross, but honestly so many people do it :) & it doesn't matter if no one finds out about it!! Just make sure that when you get out of the water it's only for like 10 minutes, because that's when your flow starts again, it'll only last like 10 mins, and if that happens just wrap a blanket around yourself if you're eating or something, and then jump in the pool right away so people don't notice that you're bleeding. You could wear a small pantyliner in your bikini thing if you want, it's not like anybody will know that you have one on!! :) It'll stop the bleeding if you stay out of the pool for a certain amount of time. hehe. Or, if you want to try and start using tampons, try this website out:

PS. EDIT// I think I made it quite clear that it IS unhealthy on another question that was asked, specifically to me. If she doesn't like swimming with tampons, what else is there to do? Seriously, who cares? Do you honestly think anyone is dumb enough to not realize that it's unhealthy to not wear a pad? Mmmhmm. I don't know how it's "misinformed" You don't bleed while in water. ]
