Okay, the other day at school a lot of high school kids came to our school and my best friends sister came. My best friend (shelby) also has another sister that goes to my school(nicole), so me, shelby, her older sister(brianna), and nicole and HER best friend (Rachael) were sitting there talking to her Brianna. Me and rachael already know brianna because we have gone over to her younger sisters houses so we know her pretty well. So, rachael goes up to brianna and they give eachother a hug. Then i go up to her and try to give her a hug and she dosent hug back and it was really embarrising. She gave everyone a hug except for me. Then i thought, "o great, next year when i go to high school, i will have no friends" I thought this because Brianna would hug everybody but me and i am scared that i am just not ready for high school. I know that this has nothing to do with high school but i already dont have a boyfriend and all my other friends do and they r way more expeirienced so those are two reasons i think i am not ready and i feel ugly and like a baby. when i wear jeans a bit bellow my hips a little fat rolls over. people say its just that my hips but i think its fat...
and my stomach is like pretty flabby.
im not like obese. but i would like to look nice for swim suit season. I need help getting thinner.
i have one problem.
its really hard for me to get physically active. theres alot of foods i cannot eat.
i recently got diagnosed with a brain disorder(nothing too serious) but im on medecine that makes eating certain healthy foods hard.
also exercising.
i am not allowed to run.
how can i get in shape with all of these things holding me back?

all you need to do is do 100 crunches a day but not all together, in portions, like for example every hour i would do 20, and trust me if u do this everyday you should be a good size

Ok, so ive known this girl for quite a while now and we went out for 8 months non-stop, then i ended the relationship hoping to give all my time to concentrate on my studies.. that didnt happen.. as the days went on shes all i thought about and i always wanted to text/ring her, spend time with her or just do anything with her! While we were apart, we kind of made a deal that we'd both wait till after our exams to get back into a relationship - as when i ended things my feelings for her hadnt changed.. Alot happened in that time, sitting on other guys laps, she had feelings for another guy etc. I really tried to keep her feeling for me and only me, i tried my best, but it wasnt good enough. So i did what i wanted to do for ages, i asked her out again but said we should keep it a secret from everyone. This has been going on for a few weeks now, and things are going great. But, still i feel insecure about her and most other guys she is with.. I just feel like every guy she is with is better than me in someway, and that one day she will see that for herself and leave me for them. I really really love this girl, she means the world to me and id do anything for her! She is all i ever think about, and the only person i wanna spend my time with. How do i deal with all this insecurity?
