i think you mean invisaligns. My opinion is that invisaligns take longer for your teeth to straighten and metal braces work better and faster to make your teeth straight. I know this girl who has invisaligns and her teeth aren't that bad but it works for her. It mostly depends on your teeth and what the doctor thinks. Even though itz not too noticeable you can kind of notice the invisaligns when you talk to someone.

No, soda is BAD for you. Take a look at how much sugar is added in soda and the amount of calories. The amount of calories is like 200 something and if you try to work out to burn the calories off from the soda it takes about an hour or so burn all the calories. I had an addiction to soda and I gained some weight from it and had a few filings from the dentist. I suggest that you either cut down on the soda and don't drink it as much. Or start drinking diet sodas instead of regular soda like I did. Diet sodas actually don't taste that bad if it is cold. You can also try to drink water instead of soda. ♥ Peachgirly
