Soda Is soda good for you? I'm kind of addicted to it...Do you think I should stop?

no it isnt good for you, especially if you do alot of running. but you can drink it but just make sure to drink twice as much water after you drink it because it makes you dehidrated.

No, soda is BAD for you. Take a look at how much sugar is added in soda and the amount of calories. The amount of calories is like 200 something and if you try to work out to burn the calories off from the soda it takes about an hour or so burn all the calories. I had an addiction to soda and I gained some weight from it and had a few filings from the dentist. I suggest that you either cut down on the soda and don't drink it as much. Or start drinking diet sodas instead of regular soda like I did. Diet sodas actually don't taste that bad if it is cold. You can also try to drink water instead of soda. ♥ Peachgirly ]
soda isnt good for you if your having issues try drinking sports drinks if ur thirsty bc youve been outside or drink carbonated water if ur still addicted to soda tho try diet or diet caffeine free like dr pepper its really good. hope i helped! ]
Well, it's not bad for you, unless you drink a lot of it each day. If you're addicted to it, try to stop. If you're addicted to, lets say regular Coke, try drinking Diet Coke or Coke that's caffeine free and that will help you become less addicted to soda. ]
♥No. Soda is not good for you at all. I can imagine that you reallyare addicted because of the high ammounts of caffeine and sugar. I suggest you try and atleast cut down on your soda intake. Try flavored sparkeling water if you like the carbonation. Soda will rot your teeth, literally. There was once a study where a tooth was placed in a cup of Pepsi overnight, when they checked it, the tooth was decayed. Eek! Also, believe it or not, there are carbs (carboydrates) and sugar in soda that will cause weight gain. Diet soda isn't good either, it's filled with chemicals, artificial flavors, and sodium. ]
Yes, soda is bad for you. Whether its regular, low calorie, diet, caffeine free--its bad for you. Its pure junk as a matter in fact. Yes, if you think you're addicted to it, then I would cut it down. If completely stopping is too much for you, maybe do it slowly. Cut down to 1 can a day or something. If its by the smal bottles (not the 2 liter), drink half a bottle a day, or 1 bottle through out the day (some for lunch, some for dinner, etc.). And start drinking more water which is good for you. Yes it is BAd for you even tough it tastes SOOOOO good but you know there are other thirst quencher's i'm addicted to gatorade and that is kinda good for u but its bad for your teeth i wouldn't stop drink some milk and more water stuff like that hope i helped Byr♥ ]
soda gives you celulite so if your a girl i think you should stop or at least drink less. its not really good for you at all its just one of those drinks that taste good. try instead of soda having lemonade. lemonade is better for you. ]
Soda isn't terrible for you, but to drink it as though you're addicted isn't healthy. Keep everything in moderation and you should be fine. ]
