♥[?]♥ I use "L'Oreal Paris: Wear Infinite" eyeliner. It's a pencil eyeliner. It works really good..like it comes out dark and doesn't hurt when I put it on. But the only problem is, I'll put it on in the morning, and then by the time I get to school it already wore off! My question is: What's a good eyeliner? This one is like $7. & people say NYC eyeliner which is $1 works REALLY good. What do you think? I need an eyeliner that's going to last all day & that's not TERRIBLY expensive..?
I think the two best brands of eye liner out there are "Meryl Norman" and "Beautique". "Meryl Norman", which can only be purchased at "The Meryl Norman Cosmetic Studios", is pricey [typically $8.50 - $15.00], but it REALLY IS good stuff. It goes on wonderfully, and stays on all day! On the other hand... I happen to think that "Beautique" is INCREDIBLE!! However, I've ONLY seen "Beautique" at "Sally's". Good news though, it's only .99 cents. TRUST ME.. I would NEVER EVER EVER buy crap make up!!! I get only the best, so please, please, please, please DON'T let this dollar price throw you off - you'd be cheating yourself out of the best product out there!! I'd *PREFER* "Beautique" out of ANY other brand of eye liner on the market!! I could easily go out and buy a $15.00 pencil, but I'd RATHER get "Beautique"! "Beautique" glides on smoothly and REALLY LASTS ALLLLL DAY!!! I CAN NOT promote this item enough!! And if you still have doubts... for only .99 cents.. it's worth a shot!! [:

October 1st is my boyfriend and my four month anniversary. for stupid reasons, we never celebrated other anniversaries. so this is our first. i wanna do something specail for him. any ideas will help. i don't care how cheesy or lame it seems. we like doing that kind of stuff for each other.
i'd prefer ideas that didn't involve using money because we both come from poverty stricken backgrounds so we decided not to do anything like that.
I know you said you're looking to stay away from expense, but if you wanted to just go relatively cheap on that, you could try keepin' it simple. Spring for some posters, nice cologne, a gift card, or a DVD. (Anyhow, just a thought, if you changed your mind)
Another option... you could make him dinner!! If you're up to the challenge, you could try stuffed chicken breasts with potatoes of some sort with a fresh garden salad and sundaes for dessert! Ooooh, or LASAGNA!!
And if you wanna get creative, how 'bout you just go to the park?? Bring a blanket and some music! And pack a picnic lunch, which doesn't have to be difficult. It can consist of turkey sandwiches on slice bread, grapes, watermelon, pretzels, twinkies etc. And make shore you bring a crap load of bread to feed the duckies!!
Maybe rent a couple of movies, and spend the night together.. possibly baking cookies of some sort or making rice krispie treats? That'd be cute!
Another possible suggestion... you could always make him a poster or a photo album. You could deck it out with markers, photographs, quotes and so on.
What about coloring him picture from a coloring book?? (17, female here) I've done that with my boyfriends, and they absolutely loved it!! One of them slapped that puppy right up on his living room wall, when I suggest porofessional paintints instead. But no, he wanted mine. I just think that colors like that are cute and personalized gifts - completely appropriate and respectable.
How about making him some sort of little quilt with protective clear pockets that you can insert pictures into, and take them out to wash easily?

Entering a background is simple. First, you must have the URL of your background. If this image is an image you found online, RIGHT CLICK it, and go down to "PROPERTIES". Once you click on "PROPERTIES", copy ALLLLL of the "ADDRESS URL". Then, go to your "COLUMN SETTINGS" page (a few under your "INBOX") and PASTE that link (which you've just copied) inside the slot that says, "PAGE BACKGROUND IMAGE (URL)"
Now, if this image is some image from your computer, you have to have the imaged HOSTED in order to get the URL for it. You "host" something by going to: http://www.photobucket.com and SIGNING UP for a FREE account.
Then the page will refresh, and you should see a new page with an option to click on "BROWSE". Next, search your computer for the picture(s), and click "SUBMIT". Then the page will refresh yet again. You will see all/any images you happen to have on the new screen. Simply find the picture you want, and copy the PROVIDED URL in the TOP white slot. And of course, paste that where I told you on your "COLUMN SETTINGS" page.

Honestly, I'd have to say that the angry email is seemingly unnecessary. Then it makes YOU out to look like the bad guy, when HE'S clearly playing that part. I completely understand how you would feel upset and betrayed by him, but I hope you didn't type up a bunch of hurtful words and preconceived emotions. There's better ways to handle this. I'm not saying to keep all of these sad feelings within until it rips you apart, I'm just suggesting to not get angry at him. Tell him politely how you feel, and what you think SHOULD HAVE and CAN STILL be done about the situation at hand. I'd also recommend including a few lines in there about how he can always contact you whenever he has the urge. I just think that it's important to let him know that the lines of commuinication are always open. Another option: do nothing? There's a suggestion for you, and not TOO bad of one, either. I mean, in a situation like this, what IS there left to do, ya know? If he's made up his mind.. he's made up his mind, simple as that. Whether you like it or not, it's unfortunately something you have to come to terms with. :/ And I still say that if you haven't yet confronted him in person, do so - MAKE HIM answer up for his actions..

I think he might be avoiding me though, because he hasnt talked to me since the day after we broke-up. Is there a way that we can still be friends and forget about the breakup. I just want my best friend back. : ( Im almost positive that he dumped me bacause of my mom because the night before it happened he was flirting with me in front of his parents, my mom, my older/protective brother, and his sister. It's not the best idea to show much affection infront of your parents, especially at the age of 13. My guess is that your love show with him that night might have had a lot to do with how your Mom is feeling. Now, I'm not saying I agree with your Mother's decision, but I can see where she might be coming from. :/ At any rate, I'm sorrie for what has happened. I can just imagine how crushed you must be.
As for getting your best friend 'back', you never truly lost him. If he really cared about you ONE WEEK AGO, he STILL really cares about you NOW. You must realize that it takes MUCH more than a parent's say-so to shatter a relationship upon instant.
But, how long ago did you send that email?? (I know you asked this three of four days ago now, and I apologize for the long wait.) Taking how long I left you hanging into consideration, I say that if you have not heard back from him by now, you should make another attempt at contact. Is there any way you could go and actually visit him? Questioning him in person makes it SEEM like you care a bit more (more than it would seem online, that is). Also, it allows you to see his reaction to being put on the spot. Facial expressions are quite significant - they say a lot. But, if that's completely impossible, why not call him up? Anything it takes, really.
And should he make it clear that he does not want anymore contact between the two of you, I don't think it would be out of line for you to question his reasoning on that. Of course, keep in mind that he doesn't HAVE TO tell you anything. However, if he truly was to "happy/proud" to be with you, I don't see why he would turn your Mother's opinion into anger against YOU. It isn't YOUR fault that things worked out this way, ya know?
Just remember that like YOU have feelings, HE has feelings. So if he says that he wants to take a 'break' from you, I think it'd be best if you could find it within yourself to accept and respect his thoughts. Personally, I've always been one to believe that if something is MEANT TO BE.. it WILL BE.
Giving up doesn't always mean you are weak; sometimes it means that you are strong enough to let go.
